Beware of cancellation insurance
Very bad experience with the management of cancellations. I had to cancel my reservation because my company changed my vacation dates and it was impossible for me to travel on the contracted dates.

The most disappointing thing is that I had contracted the cancellation insurance precisely to be protected... against unforeseen events. However, I found that it did not cover my situation and I ended up losing 25% of the amount of the reservation.

I understand that there are conditions and exclusions, but I feel that the limitations of the insurance are not sufficiently clear during the contracting process. As a customer, the feeling is that you pay extra for protection that is then very difficult to use when a real problem arises.

The service I received did not provide a satisfactory solution and I was left with an economic loss due to a circumstance totally beyond my control.

I recommend anyone who is going to book to read in great detail the conditions of the cancellation insurance before contracting it, to avoid unpleasant surprises.
