There was hardly any way to properly secure the awning against the wind because the ground is rocky. The advertised TV connection can only be used with a standard cable TV cable. What camper has something like that???Way too expensiveFor this price, I expect a better-maintained campground. Everything here is very automated. The lack of personal contact with staff gives it a bit of a “big-box store” vibe. When you need someone, there’s no one around. The restrooms are okay, but nothing to write home about. We’d just been at another,... cheaper campground where both the operators and the restrooms would have deserved a perfect 10. Also, the lake isn’t right next to the campground. You have to walk about 10 minutes, depending on where you’re parked on the site. We feel very comfortable here; the campground is clean, and the Lu 1–4 sites—which come with a kitchen and bathroom—are highly recommended. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Wir sind am Samstagnachmittag ohne Reservierung angekommen. Nachdem wir die an der Rezeption angegebene Telefonnummer angerufen hatten, kam schnell jemand, um uns zu empfangen. Alles verlief sehr gut.
Wir sind nur eine Nacht geblieben, waren aber mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.
Der... einzige negative Punkt betrifft die Website: Es ist nicht möglich, die eigene Sprache auszuwählen, was die Informationssuche angesichts der vielen angebotenen Möglichkeiten und Stellplätze etwas erschwert.

A request for confirmation via email regarding a “late arrival” (otherwise the reservation might be canceled!?) made shortly before our arrival could not be clarified by calling the campground, as we were IMMEDIATELY redirected to a call center (“all staff members were... on the line”). The employee there clearly had no idea about the procedures, said he would forward my comments and questions, and asked for my phone number so he could get back to me—which meant I’d have to carry my phone with me at all times, even at the beach or pool, to be reachable. The question regarding a possible last-minute extension of my stay could not be answered. My subsequent inquiry via email was denied, on the grounds that, since online bookings are available, this was not possible. However, I fail to see any logic in this.
After arriving and driving onto the campground, I wanted to check in in person at the front desk, but was immediately addressed in a very unfriendly and rude tone by one of their employees (the groundskeeper?) and instructed to drive straight to my campsite. I was told that I had already received all the necessary information and was not allowed to stop before check-in—which, incidentally, had already closed at around 4:00 p.m. My request for the option to check in IN PERSON was met with a brusque and unsympathetic response: “We don’t have any staff for that…”
Upon arrival at the campsite: the next surprise. The spot designated as a “comfort site” turned out to be COMPLETELY devoid of trees and shrubs and without the slightest bit of shade. Given the current temperature of 38° C, this was an absolute imposition; moreover, the ground consisted mainly of gravel with very sparse vegetation. With the best will in the world, I cannot associate either of these things with “comfort.” For a price of €127 per night, I expect a significantly better environment, especially since your general description of the site paints a completely different picture.
In light of this situation, we then decided to head straight home. However, given the inconvenience we suffered, I expect an appropriate gesture of goodwill and a refund of 50% of the total amount.
Based on this experience, your overall service and value for money are exceptionally poor.

Unfortunately, our stay was only partially satisfactory. The restroom facilities, in particular, left a negative impression on us. The trash container located above the shower units was regularly overflowing, which wasn’t particularly pleasant.
Furthermore, in our opinion,... there are too few restrooms for the size and occupancy of the campground. As a result, the restrooms were constantly crowded, often dirty, and the toilet paper was frequently out. More frequent checks and cleanings, as well as a better supply of consumables, would be desirable.
We hope these issues will be addressed in the future, as the campground otherwise has a lot of potential.

We fled during the day. Otherwise, I haven’t found any other campground that’s closed for two days (Monday and Tuesday). Everything is automated when... you arrive (you book and pay online in advance)—the gate recognizes your license plate and turns on the power at your site. If it works. It didn’t work for us…
