We were more than pleased with the friendliness of the staff and Mr. Kemper, as well as the cleanliness of the restrooms and the entire campground. It’s definitely a place we’d love to visit again…!

Unfortunately, many of the campsites are a bit rocky, so it’s hard to get a tent stake into the ground. In addition, some of the campsites right by the lake are unfortunately a bit sloped, so you can’t really sit there or make good use of the space. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize that most of the sites by the lake didn’t have a direct electrical hookup per site. So we were forced to borrow long extension cords. Perhaps this should be noted on the website so that visitors can prepare accordingly.
