The whole site is very well maintained, the sanitary facilities are always very nice and clean. Herbert, the always friendly campsite manager, has an open ear for everyone, is always in a good mood and helps anyone who has a problem. The pool within the... campsite is very clean and great for cooling off in the summer. There is a snack bar on site where you can eat very well. You also have the option of getting fresh pastries or something sweet on site every day. The surrounding area offers many opportunities to hike, cycle, visit the thermal baths, visit a wine tavern, or just switch off and relax. The small pool is perfect for cooling off and the kids have fun too! The playground and table tennis round off the whole thing perfectly.
Booking and registration was very easy.
Herbert, the good soul of the campsite,... is very nice and helpful, whether it's information about the possibilities in the area, great guesthouses or help with any problems. The sanitary facilities are very clean! They are a pleasure to work with!
We also had no problems with the permanent campers. Most of them are very friendly, perhaps a little reserved - but that's fine!

They watch you the whole day with suspicious eyes to see if you might make a small mistake (I didn't make one anyway 😀) - and then they immediately call the site manager "I KNOW WHAT - TEACHER HE HAS DONE SOMETHING", like in kindergarten. This is very annoying for the day campers, you hear it very often when you talk to the guests.Almost perfectAll in all, my husband and I really like this site and have been here several times. The management of the site with the nice groundsman Herbert is extremely professional, but for us there is only one problem - some of the annual campers in the viewing area of the short-term pitches make you feel like... you're being watched.
The restaurant also has rather "opaque" opening hours, we couldn't find out what they are. Different every day and new plans all the time. The campsite is in a pleasantly quiet location on a side road, which is nevertheless easy to drive on with large vehicles. Large pitches with electricity and water connections. There is plenty of shade, which is very pleasant,... especially in hot temperatures, as is the pleasantly cool pool.
Clean sanitary facilities, which are cleaned early in the morning and are very centrally located, so you don't have to walk very far. The baker also comes in the morning, so you always have fresh pastries in the morning. There is also a restaurant on site for those who like to sit together or prefer to eat out.
The operator is extremely friendly, he even brought the parcel I ordered to my pitch personally. :-D
Ideal location for hikes and walks or for cycling excursions. Bad Gleichenberg is approx. 3 km away, where there are also more shopping facilities and a thermal spa.
The price-performance ratio is unbeatable, especially as there are also discounts for ÖCC and CCA members.

The site is very well maintained and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The pool and the sanitary facilities deserve special mention. The contact with the permanent campers is very friendly. You can go on wonderful bike tours, hikes and sightseeing trips from the campsite. The wine taverns are another highlight, which is why the site is so popular. We also enjoy the daily breakfast pastries from the bakery.
