If you like views and ambience, I can recommend the pitches with lake views. We were lucky enough to have a sanitary building right next to us. It was very modern and, above all, very clean.
It was a little unusual for us that men and women had to use the same toilets. But it didn't bother us because there... was very little going on.
The operators were very polite and courteous. The bread roll service was also good.
Otherwise you have to have a bike with you because there was no restaurant. You have to leave the site to eat or drink.
As we were only there for 4 days - which was due to the cool weather - we felt very comfortable and relaxed there.

- Sylvi H.Eylül 2025100% recommendationCampinggut Kalberschnacke is a terraced campsite. Many of the pitches have a view of the lake. The sanitary facilities are well maintained and there are plenty of comfortably sized toilets. Everything is clean. There is a store on site with everything you need for your daily needs and there is a bread... roll service.
We also received a very warm welcome at reception and felt very comfortable right from the start.
100% recommendation! We will definitely be back soon. The site is well maintained and has a breathtaking view. The sanitary facilities were very clean and there was plenty of space.
The only annoyance was getting the pegs into the ground on the parceled out pitch because of the stones in the ground. But otherwise everything was perfect. The coexistence of permanent campers and tourists is important and is lived here. The entertainment team is absolutely... first class.
And Sören and his team? They are right in the middle of things, they listen and you create together. Absolutely top.
This is the third time we've spent our annual vacation here and it won't be the last. We'll be back again.
