The staff are very friendly. We had rain for days, which had a very negative effect on the ground conditions. The ground is very clayey and was completely soaked. Many people had difficulty getting off their pitches. Nevertheless, a beautiful site. She informed us about excursion destinations and recommended several cafés and restaurants, which we... took advantage of. The lakeside terrace in Sondern was a particular culinary highlight.
The spacious sanitary facilities and the very well-kept overall impression should be emphasized.

Very nice staff and very nice pitches. The cleanliness in the sanitary facilities was really good. Maybe on bridge days/long weekends you can install an additional cleaning unit daily in the evening (6-8 pm) as it can be a bit more crowded here and the toilets are used accordingly. We were lucky enough to have a sanitary building right next to us. It was very modern and, above all, very clean.
It was a little unusual for us that men and women had to use the same toilets. But it didn't bother us because there... was very little going on.
The operators were very polite and courteous. The bread roll service was also good.
Otherwise you have to have a bike with you because there was no restaurant. You have to leave the site to eat or drink.
As we were only there for 4 days - which was due to the cool weather - we felt very comfortable and relaxed there.

The sanitary facilities are well maintained and there are plenty of comfortably sized toilets. Everything is clean. There is a store on site with everything you need for your daily needs and there is a bread... roll service.
We also received a very warm welcome at reception and felt very comfortable right from the start.
100% recommendation! We will definitely be back soon. The only annoyance was getting the pegs into the ground on the parceled out pitch because of the stones in the ground. But otherwise everything was perfect.
