The whole atmosphere, the staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous, always open to questions.
We had a great, quiet pitch on the edge and therefore had plenty of peace and quiet to relax and unwind.
The catering on site was also fine with the small kiosk, although there is certainly room for improvement in the restaurant.

No where has even come close to this site. The standard of every element was of the highest quality of everywhere we have been. It lifted the stay to another level. Arrival welcoming. Pitches... sufficiently spacious. The block was exceptional almost 5* hotel standard with everything you could need including more than enough hooks :). The on site restaurant served excellent food and the store had what you would need. The proximity to swimming in the lake and cycle paths and walks was easy and it felt you were definately away from it all. And everywhere you went, you could see thought had been applied to make your stay as pleasant as it could be. Plus with free train and bus travel, you can enjoy destinations far and wide across the region. The location is ideal for hiking, cycling, swimming in the Titisee and much more. A bus stop not far away allows you to travel free of charge with the Konus card, for example to the Feldberg or to the Todtnau waterfalls and toboggan run.

The sanitary facilities... are excellent, are cleaned regularly and are very recent.
The people at reception are extremely friendly and helpful.
The location not quite directly on the lake (300 meters) is an advantage, as it is a little quieter.

We've never had one on a campsite before.NegativnoAs we are traveling with the roof tent, our car is always stationary. We had read on the Internet that there is a store with a café. We were a little disappointed by the range on offer. We wanted to buy a few things (sausage, cheese, eggs and sun cream....had forgotten). Unfortunately, you can't buy any of this there. It would be great if there were storage facilities in the washing cubicles.Vacation at TitiseeGreat clean campsite with always friendly staff. All very helpful. We also found the campers themselves very relaxed and we got to know one or two of them. Big praise for the clean showers and toilets. We had a great time and would like to thank the Bankenhof team.
And thanks to the nice gentleman who gave us the tip that we should stand on the tent meadow instead of the 85. We liked that much better.
