Maja W.Jul 2026VacationThis was our third time staying with you. The campground is very clean and offers plenty of options. Unfortunately, we ALWAYS end up with bad spots. That’s very unfair because they’re always booked up years in advance.
Even the perimeter and so-called “standard” sites should be in better condition at... such a highly acclaimed campground. Even our kids, who no longer travel with us, still come to visit every now and then for 1–3 nights. The only thing that really bothered me were all the e-scooters and cyclists. They were zooming across the campground at breakneck speed, which led to a few close calls for us. And then the groups of teenagers at the Poseidon restroom building were really annoying.... They were always hanging out at the entrance, even rode their e-scooters inside the building, and were often drunk in the evenings. Unfortunately, the ground conditions on the lower sites aren’t particularly good. In warm weather, there’s dust everywhere; as soon as it rains, water pools and the entire site is ankle-deep in water, including the awning. The restrooms were always clean and well-maintained. Our campsite was very nice and didn’t flood during prolonged rain, unlike what we saw at other places. The campground’s location is ideal—it’s easy to get into town on foot or by bike. The beach... is also very nice. Unfortunately, there weren’t any recreational activities for adults—whether a sports program or evening entertainment. I also have to mention that even after two cycles, the dryers still didn't dry our... laundry. Otherwise, it was lovely as always at your place! We’d still love to come back… but we’d appreciate it if you could replace your dryers and have the gardeners/caretakers mow less often.
