Friendly staff at reception, in the sanitary facilities and in the restaurant. The sanitary facilities were spotlessly clean at all times of the day and night. The idea of the winter tent was good.
What we didn't like so much was not being able to get water in the sanitary... building. We paid for a comfort pitch.... and of course the water is turned off in sub-zero temperatures. But I would have expected a price reduction or at least an alternative and not the reference to "2 general water points". I also found the pitch very dark in the evening. I would have liked some lighting for the evening round with the dog. Small garbage cans in the showers would be great. I would have liked to have collected and disposed of my hair in the washbasin. This proved to be difficult with the 2 central garbage cans.
