Had visited the Störtebeker games on 18.07.2025. According to information from the very nice operator, we took the bus. Good choice. Stops right on the square. Return journey at 11 pm. Everything worked out great. Unfortunately we had a few mosquitoes on the pitch.... But here too we were well provided with mosquito repellent (with very professional advice). Thank you. The dam that separates the large from the small Jasmund Bodden also has a train station, from which you can get to the island by train every hour, is within easy walking distance.
The staff were absolutely... friendly and helpful, and the sanitary facilities were also very clean and well maintained. The site is surrounded by a dense forest, which also absorbs most of the noise from the nearby road. A small restaurant for breakfast guests also offers a bread roll service for campers. There are lots of information boards with interesting facts.

Attentive, nice operators. Small, nice and quiet! You could choose your own pitch! Bread roll service on order. Very good starting point for tours to the hotspots of Rügen. It was the best thing that could have happened: CP - hiking - Störtebeker events on September 01 in the best weather. Best traffic connection CP to Störtebeker in Ralswiek. Just when you want to get going and clean your dishes, you have to be cleaned * Shower times from 4pm to 8pm also incomprehensible, especially as men could still shower with very hot water in the evening. Women only had cold water * Small kiosk was missing, we know much better campsites that offer more *Location ok but you have to cycle a lot to get to the spots --> Overall lacked that certain something, was ok but definitely not worth coming againSimple and clearBasically, the stay was fine, but we have experienced much better campsites in recent years. Thank you for your review which we would like to comment on even after such a long time.
It should not be the case that our cleaning staff are not always friendly. But we also employ people in this area. There are ups and downs just like with our guests.
Perhaps understandable in the current... situation with Corona conditions, but of course not right and good.
As far as cleaning times are concerned, it can simply be said that, then as now, they do not always come at the right time for the guest. We strive to keep this reduction in the feel-good factor as low as possible.
In conclusion, once again. Sorry for the possibly inappropriate tone and for the restrictions on your vacation.

You are of course right when you say that there are better places for a vacation on a campsite. However, there is hardly a campsite on our island that is more conveniently located than ours and still offers peace and nature.
