Otherwise we have nothing to complain about at this campsite. And our little son is growing up there, so to speak, and already knows everything. The staff are friendly and courteous. Clean toilets. Cleanliness excellent.
Stefan and all the other staff at the Restauraut are really friendly and competent. An employee who is responsible for the outdoor facilities came straight to our aid when the camperclean didn't work right away. Mr. Schüring and all the ladies at reception - really exemplary... and helpful. No question was too much or annoying.
The only person who was unpleasant was Mrs. Neumann! Not what she says but the tone makes the music. No "good evening" to the guests in the restaurant, no "bon appétit", no smile, not even a nod of the head although she walked through the store 3 or 4 times. A different kind of role model!!!!

I really noticed that there is a lot of fun in the work, great, thanks for that. The site is clean and the small store belonging to it is also OK.Negativno* Catwalk for all types of surfers * Unsuitable for bathing and swimming * Loud, especially at nightMore appearance than realityThe place is mainly for water sports enthusiasts who like to show off their latest great equipment. It is very noisy and the music from the bar boomed across the site even at night. The sanitary facilities are good, but there are sometimes very long distances to get there. Not very suitable for swimming... and bathing as the water is very shallow. If you wanted to get into the water, you had to wade through deep mud and sludge.Good placeBeautifully designed entrance and reception area. In front of it is the motorhome harbor with electricity and drinking water. The pitches on the campsite have electricity and a sufficient supply of drinking water. Renate G.octobre 2021PozitivnoThere are pitches with a view of the Baltic Sea; surfer's paradise; clean sanitary facilities large, parceled-out pitches; good starting point for excursions to Wismar, Rostock, Güstrow, Kühlungsborn etc.NegativnoMiserable wifi and network reception; sometimes booming basses in the evening until after 23.00 from the beach bar San Pepelone next door;Camping with a super view of the Baltic SeaWe were here in the off-season and had a nice, large pitch with a view of the Baltic Sea and Salzhaff.
There is a store where you can buy baked bread rolls and everything you need, but you and everything you buy there smells of deep-frying fat, which is unfortunately not so pleasant.
There is a fish... stall on site where you can buy great smoked fish and super matjes.
The staff at reception are very nice and friendly. We also liked the sanitary facilities and didn't mind that we needed a card.
There are also permanent pitches on the site, some of which are separated by a hunter's fence, well, whoever likes it. Some of the permanent caravans could also be better looked after, the view detracts from the otherwise nice site.
The campsite is an Eldorado for surfers and surfing beginners, the salt lagoon is only very shallow and is ideal for practicing.
We liked it in the fall, even if the basses from San Pepelone were blaring on some evenings - but no one would want to spend a day or night here in the summer, it would probably be too loud.
The area around it is very rural, there is hardly anything going on, which we like very much, we are mobile. However, if you're traveling with a motorhome, it's a different story. Neubukow is a few kilometers away, but has great shopping facilities.
We also really enjoyed the excursions to Wismar, Kühlungsborn, Bad Doberan, etc.Samodejno prevedeno.- Claudia K.août 2021PozitivnoGreat location right by the sea (Salzhaff) with breathtaking sunsets, shopping facilities on the site with a nice selection, snack bar and small fish snack bar with incredibly tasty fresh fish rolls and smoked fish. Nice playground, sufficient sanitary facilities, washing-up facilities, washing machines/dryers. The campsite is very quiet and relaxed despite being fully booked.NegativnoThe salt lagoon is not so good for swimming, lots of algae and it feels like 100 meters until it gets deeper. It's a bit annoying to have to carry a map with you all the time.Very nice campsite to relaxVery nice campsite in a quiet location. Kühlungsborn and Wismar are not far away, and there are plenty of shops nearby. The site is beautifully laid out, very spacious pitches. The staff were always friendly. There is a restaurant on the site, which we didn't use due to time constraints, but we heard... a lot of positive things about it from our camping neighbors. The snack bar and fish stall are highly recommended, and the fresh bread rolls for breakfast were also very tasty. The sanitary facilities were well maintained at all times. The staff were extremely friendly, even if we arrived late it was no problem, the nice gentleman came back for us and let us check in. We got a wonderful pitch right on the beach, everything was very straightforward. The sanitary facilities were very... clean. Everything on the whole complex is opened with a chip card and you also "pay" when showering and washing up, this works perfectly! The only drawback is that the cell phone reception is very poor, so you need wifi to get a little bit into the outside world, which doesn't reach every corner of the campsite. All in all, we would love to come back!!! Absolutely great for winter camping, let's see what it's like in summer.Samodejno prevedeno.
