For example, I accidentally deleted my South Tyrol Guest Pass. I realized this while riding the cable car. I quickly sent an email asking them to resend it to me (you have to pay for it when you check out). By the time I reached the top, it was already in my... mailbox.
That saved me 20 €. Thanks for that.

The campsites are arranged on panoramic terraces, well-equipped with electricity, cable TV, and drinking water, and surrounded by greenery. Their size caters to a variety of needs. The main restroom... facility is new, fully equipped, and always tidy. The swimming pool is a nice bonus. The mini-market offers a reliable service. The staff is friendly, courteous, and always available. Silence and tranquility reign supreme. A small playground and a recreation area round out the amenities. The entire grounds are clean and well-maintained; the modern and very clean restroom facilities are particularly noteworthy. The lovely pool is also a great place to relax.
The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Overall, the campground... offers truly excellent value for the price.
Our only minor criticism as dog owners: Unfortunately, the options for walking or taking the dogs for a walk directly from the campground aren’t ideal.

It’s a great spot—peaceful, yet with the option to ride an e-bike down into the valley (bike shuttle available if needed—riding back up would be quite a workout) or take the bus to the surrounding area (the South Tyrol Mobility App is very well-equipped). We have a large RV, and I don’t want to be driving it around all the time.
