We were very enthusiastic about your campsite, everything was great, the sanitary facilities were always clean and the pool area was very appealing and impressive. We will definitely be back next year and are already looking forward to a wonderful camping vacation with you at Markushof.☺️☺️😍

Site in general, the area, the pitches, leisure facilities, tourist card and its included services, price - performance ok, age 50+, no kids and no dogs (although I usually like them).

Pitches at the front of the road are probably a bit louder. We were further back and heard almost nothing apart from the familiar rooster and the church. Carpet in the shower area by the washbasins. In the large sanitary block you always had to go through the scullery to the showers or toilets. Open cassette emptying virtually in the middle between the pitches.

Slight diagonal slope in parts of the rear part of the square towards the senior citizens' residence may require a driveway wedge for leveling

Prachtige camping, ligt in het dorpje dus de winkels en restaurants op loopafstand. Super mooi en schoon sanitair.

Niet echt hygiënisch dat er op sommige stukken vloerbedekking in het sanitair gebouw ligt.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Camping & Hotel Markushof in South Tyrol again this year - the campsite and the surrounding area offer a perfect mix of relaxation, comfort and nature experiences. Location & surrounding area: The campsite is in a beautiful and quiet location, close to the town center of Ora - an ideal starting point for bike tours, hikes or day trips, e.g. to Lake Kaltern, the Trudner Horn Nature Park area or to Bolzano. Pitches & sanitary facilities: The pitches are spacious, well-maintained and have great trees and plants throughout the site. Particularly noteworthy: the modern, super clean sanitary facilities - hot water, hairdryer, washing machine, everything in top condition. A real feel-good factor! Recreation & infrastructure: The pool is a real highlight - perfect for cooling off after a hike. Wi-Fi works reliably throughout the entire property. Everything you need for a successful vacation is available directly in the village. Bakery just across the road. Various stores, bars and restaurants around the village square, two well-stocked supermarkets also within walking distance in the village. Sustainability & tranquillity: We found the concept particularly pleasant: Adults Only, very quiet, family-run and sustainable - lovingly maintained and run with passion. There is even a free South Tyrol Guest Pass - ideal for using the bus, train and various cable cars free of charge. Service & friendliness: The entire host family and everyone who looks after the campsite are extremely helpful, warm and professional. You immediately feel welcome!

When very large motorhomes occupy a pitch and have to park diagonally on it. This restricts the light, sun and view for the neighboring campers. It would be desirable if these long motorhomes were parked on the designated pitches.
