We had a wonderful spot—right by the river—and really enjoyed the grounds.

The restaurant's menu offers excellent value for the price. We highly recommend it—we had a wonderful evening.

The campground is very welcoming and pleasant—it’s great to have the river right next to it. The restaurant is fantastic, with a beautiful view, and the food is excellent. The campground is in a great location for exploring the Ardèche.

As for the pool, it's just okay because you have to swim with your hair in the water, which isn't very pleasant. As for the activities, there's something missing to really liven up the campground.

When we arrived, we were mistakenly assigned a spot that had already been reserved. The next morning, just as we were getting settled, we were asked to leave in a slightly aggressive manner: “Pack up, and we’ll talk about it later!” After two hours of uncertainty and tension, we reached an agreement...In conclusion, “Either you accept it or you get out”—those were the exact words spoken by the campground manager!

The campground's location is great. The restroom facilities are very good. You can easily reach the nearest town by bike. The entire complex, including the pool and bistro, is simply fantastic. We'd love to come back.

The activities aren't promoted enough; the activity leader is present but shows little initiative, and the activity team is too young.

The beach is right nearby, overlooking the Ardèche River! The seasonal staff are the best!

A wonderful resort for hosting, among others, a group of 12 teens who came to Vallon Pont d'Arc for a tennis camp. The staff is very, very friendly; the accommodations are impeccable; there’s a pool, playgrounds, rivers, and all kinds of activities... All of this in a magnificent natural setting!

There are no signs indicating where the trash cans are located; activities are not very visible and have low attendance because the activity leaders (who are well-intentioned) are clearly neither briefed nor encouraged to seek out and motivate potential participants: yet the pool and the bar are the high-traffic areas that should be specifically targeted several times a day, just as all vacation villages and lively resorts do. The campsites are too densely packed.

Everything—especially the staff’s helpfulness and kindness. The campground’s location, with its magnificent cliffs and, of course, the Ardèche River. Many well-organized activities in partnership with your service providers. The campground itself is well-laid-out; everything is close by, and the bungalows are spaced out appropriately.

Perhaps consider the possibility of opening the campground earlier and later in the year—during long weekends, for example.
