I’d recommend it again and again, since it has everything you need and is affordable. We were traveling with two other couples, and a two-bedroom mobile home with two showers and two toilets was very convenient for us. It was also very clean, and we felt completely at home.
The pool area is beautifully landscaped with palm trees and plenty... of lounge chairs, and the outdoor pool was nice and warm even in September. The slides are the absolute
highlight—you really pick up some speed on them.

As an adult, you get a little bored, and a swimming pool would have been niceOur impressions after our stay during summer vacationThe Ijsselstrand Campground offers a nice change of pace from everyday life. There are several play areas for the kids. You can go swimming every day, take a walk, enjoy the sun, or even just grab a bite to eat while the kids have fun at the playground.
If you have a car, you can drive to the stores,... or you can use the small on-site supermarket, which is even open on Sundays.
We also visited a zoo nearby (25 km away), which was nice, and there are other places to visit, such as an open-air museum, etc.

Despite there being so many kids, the houses were absolutely quiet, perfect for a restful night’s sleep.
The... only thing we would have liked at the pool was a snack bar open every day for drinks and snacks, as well as changing rooms. After swimming, it was difficult to get changed before heading back to the cottages.
