- 5.0ABAnja B.julij 20265.0ABAnja B.julij 2026PozitivnoVery friendly staff, clean washhouse, good Wi-Fi reception (free of charge) Nice restaurant on site, small pool availableNegativnoSome slightly odd spots Close to the streetGreat spot near Lake ChiemseeIt was our first time at this campground, and we felt right at home.
We received a warm welcome and were very satisfied with the campsite we were assigned.
Since the sites seem to be a bit sloped, don’t forget your wheel chocks!
The bike path runs right past the campground, and you can reach Lake Chiemsee,... the harbor, or Prien in just under 15 minutes.
The washhouse was always clean, and there are plenty of restrooms and showers available.
At the on-site restaurant, you’ll always find something delicious to eat, and there’s a special dish every day.
There’s a bread delivery service with a wide selection right at the campground.
Wi-Fi is free and the connection is very good.
The campground is located on the main road, which makes it a bit noisier, but that didn’t bother us.
We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back 😊Samodejno prevedeno.Še noben kamper ni označil te ocene kot koristno. The site was well suited for this because it is centrally located from a tourist point of view. For a longer stay, you should make sure you get a higher pitch with more distance from the road because of the noise pollution from the traffic.Samodejno prevedeno.1 kamper je to oceno označil kot koristno.

Friendly welcome, nice place, clean sanitary facilities and a small restaurant. Arrive, unhitch and eat, that's how it should be. You can get fresh rolls in the morning and still have food for the onward journey.
The road is a bit noisy, but that's the only downside.

Unfortunately, we were proven wrong, we only needed electricity for our eBikes. The fridge ran on gas. We have solar on the roof, so we had often removed the plug for electricity. Our consumption for these few days was supposedly 38 kWh, which is absolutely impossible. So our advice was to get the meter reading. We will not be visiting this site again.Samodejno prevedeno.Še noben kamper ni označil te ocene kot koristno. Bodite prvi!

Herbert S.maj 20233.0Herbert S.maj 2023PozitivnoClose to the highway, water + sewage on siteNegativnoNarrow access roads, manageable plots, sloping terrain, a few km from Lake ChiemseeOk for an overnight stayWe spent an overnight stay here. At over €37 including tourist tax, this was the most expensive place of our vacation. Electricity connection fee €1.80 (= flip the switch at reception), electricity consumption bill (80 ct per kWh). The access to the rather small pitch - I estimate max. 50-60 m² - was... quite narrow; the pitch is more suitable for motorhomes, larger caravans have a hard time, a mover is advantageous. Water and waste water are on site. All pitches are suspended, you have to level out. Of course, the camper pub was closed. There is a bread roll service. The lake is a few kilometers away, a bike is not a luxury. I think the site is ok for overnight stays, but I wouldn't want to spend longer there due to the location and the relative cramped conditions.Samodejno prevedeno.1 kamper je to oceno označil kot koristno. - 1.0FRFranz R.september 20221.0FRFranz R.september 2022Pozitivnonone seen as we left straight awayNegativnolower places very noisy because of the streetunfriendly staffStaff very unfriendly we left immediately. wanted another place because we were traveling with children, unfortunately it was not possible.Samodejno prevedeno.Še noben kamper ni označil te ocene kot koristno. Quiet place with shopping facilities nearby.NegativnoWi-Fi was only available to a very limited extent at our pitch. The right campsite to relaxA very nice, quiet, family-run campsite. Our pitch was large enough and electricity and water were also available on site. The morning bread roll service worked perfectly. The sanitary facilities are a bit older, but always clean. There was always enough hot water for showering, washing and dishwashing.... The Chiemsee can be reached within a short time by car or bicycle. There are plenty of shops in Prien and they can be reached quickly. You quickly feel very comfortable on the pitch and during your stay you have the feeling of being part of a big family. It certainly wasn't the last time we visited this campsite.Samodejno prevedeno.Še noben kamper ni označil te ocene kot koristno. Bodite prvi!

The site is easy to get to and you can find your way around all the facilities straight away.
The lake circuit can be reached by bike in about 3 km.
The cycle paths are well maintained and well marked.
All local suppliers are nearby.
We paid €20/N for a comfort pitch for 2 people.

Very friendly operator.NegativnoFor us, none.A perfect location to explore the Chiemgau region. We spent 10 nights at this campsite from September 27th. As far as the weather permitted, we explored the area by bike, scooter and boat. There weren't that many guests on the site (low season) and the site and sanitary facilities were well maintained. There was always a friendly and familiar atmosphere in the campsite kiosk and in the Stübl.
