Olumlu yanları
Very friendly staff, clean washhouse, good Wi-Fi reception (free of charge) Nice restaurant on site, small pool available
Olumsuz yanları
Some slightly odd spots Close to the street
Great spot near Lake Chiemsee
It was our first time at this campground, and we felt right at home.
We received a warm welcome and were very satisfied with the campsite we were assigned.
Since the sites seem to be a bit sloped, don’t forget your wheel chocks!
The bike path runs right past the campground, and you can reach Lake Chiemsee,... the harbor, or Prien in just under 15 minutes.
The washhouse was always clean, and there are plenty of restrooms and showers available.
At the on-site restaurant, you’ll always find something delicious to eat, and there’s a special dish every day.
There’s a bread delivery service with a wide selection right at the campground.
Wi-Fi is free and the connection is very good.
The campground is located on the main road, which makes it a bit noisier, but that didn’t bother us.
We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back 😊

Olumlu yanları
Central location, friendly staff, clean sanitary facilities in sufficient numbers, restaurant on site
Olumsuz yanları
The lower part of the square suffers from street noise.
Central location for exploring Lake Chiemsee
We stayed there for 3 nights in the high season because we were passing through and wanted to get an impression of Lake Chiemsee. The site was well suited for this because it is centrally located from a tourist point of view. For a longer stay, you should make sure you get a higher pitch with more distance from the road because of the noise pollution from the traffic.

Cycle tour Lake Constance - Königssee
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent in terms of quality and quantity. The sanitary facilities are very clean and have plenty of space.
Due to the proximity to Lake Chiemsee, the campsite offers plenty of variety.
Thank you for your hospitality

Beautiful place
Olumsuz yanları
A bit noisy as it is on the street
Passing through
This was our 2nd stay and it is ideal for passing through on vacation. Friendly welcome, nice place, clean sanitary facilities and a small restaurant. Arrive, unhitch and eat, that's how it should be. You can get fresh rolls in the morning and still have food for the onward journey.
The road is a bit noisy, but that's the only downside.
We'll be back next year

Electricity billing
Get meter reading for electricity
We trusted that the meter reading for electricity would be billed correctly. Unfortunately, we were proven wrong, we only needed electricity for our eBikes. The fridge ran on gas. We have solar on the roof, so we had often removed the plug for electricity. Our consumption for these few days was supposedly 38 kWh, which is absolutely impossible. So our advice was to get the meter reading. We will not be visiting this site again.

Proximity to the highway
Olumsuz yanları
Location on the main road very very noisy...with Acsi tourist tax registration 32,80€...because the place offers little much too expensive and too expensive...also severely disabled only applies from 80%...on other campsites the severely disabled ID is credited
Stopover
Would not come again for this price Price-performance ratio is not right

Olumlu yanları
Close to the highway, water + sewage on site
Olumsuz yanları
Narrow access roads, manageable plots, sloping terrain, a few km from Lake Chiemsee
Ok for an overnight stay
We spent an overnight stay here. At over €37 including tourist tax, this was the most expensive place of our vacation. Electricity connection fee €1.80 (= flip the switch at reception), electricity consumption bill (80 ct per kWh). The access to the rather small pitch - I estimate max. 50-60 m² - was... quite narrow; the pitch is more suitable for motorhomes, larger caravans have a hard time, a mover is advantageous. Water and waste water are on site. All pitches are suspended, you have to level out. Of course, the camper pub was closed. There is a bread roll service. The lake is a few kilometers away, a bike is not a luxury. I think the site is ok for overnight stays, but I wouldn't want to spend longer there due to the location and the relative cramped conditions.

Olumlu yanları
Nice, helpful operator. Bread roll service, large pitch with electricity and water. Quiet place with shopping facilities nearby.
Olumsuz yanları
Wi-Fi was only available to a very limited extent at our pitch.
The right campsite to relax
A very nice, quiet, family-run campsite. Our pitch was large enough and electricity and water were also available on site. The morning bread roll service worked perfectly. The sanitary facilities are a bit older, but always clean. There was always enough hot water for showering, washing and dishwashing.... The Chiemsee can be reached within a short time by car or bicycle. There are plenty of shops in Prien and they can be reached quickly. You quickly feel very comfortable on the pitch and during your stay you have the feeling of being part of a big family. It certainly wasn't the last time we visited this campsite.

Olumlu yanları
Nice operator Large, well-kept parking space Barrier also open over lunchtime. WLAN free of charge (not entirely stable)
Olumsuz yanları
Pitch no. 124 has no waste water connection. Busy road within earshot.
Nice campsite a bit away from the Chiemsee.
We spent 11 carefree days here with our camper van.
The site is easy to get to and you can find your way around all the facilities straight away.
The lake circuit can be reached by bike in about 3 km.
The cycle paths are well maintained and well marked.
All local suppliers are nearby.
We paid €20/N for a comfort pitch for 2 people.
Everything was satisfactory and therefore recommendable.

Electricity, water and TV connection on the plot. Very friendly operator.
Olumsuz yanları
For us, none.
A perfect location to explore the Chiemgau region.
We spent 10 nights at this campsite from September 27th. As far as the weather permitted, we explored the area by bike, scooter and boat. There weren't that many guests on the site (low season) and the site and sanitary facilities were well maintained. There was always a friendly and familiar atmosphere in the campsite kiosk and in the Stübl. We will definitely be back and hope that the sun shines more often.

Olumlu yanları
Many permanent campers. Very good restaurant. Everything well maintained. Everyone friendly.
Olumsuz yanları
The square is located directly on the main road, so it is heavily used as a transit area. Depending on the location, there is therefore a lot of activity.
Medium-sized square with good connections to the public transport network
Somewhat noisy, as located on the main road. Bus stop nearby, can be used free of charge with Chimseecard. You can get everywhere by bike. Sanitary facilities a little older, but always clean. Perfect hospitality. Kiosk has bread roll service and other useful things. Site operator and restaurant operator very friendly.

Again and again with pleasure
We stayed at the campsite with small tents for 5 nights. The staff were friendly and helpful. A big thank you for that. Even though the road noise was audible during the day, we hardly heard anything at night. The proximity to the Chiemsee and the Bärgen was brilliant. We were able to do a lot with our bikes without having to cover long distances.

When the urinal filters are replaced ... NONE
All OK !!!
We (couple 50) stayed for 4 nights at this small and familiar campsite ... nice owner family ... especially the junior (approx. 4) explained with passion how the lockers work using a chip card. The sanitary facilities are a bit older, but clean. Only the waterless urinals were a bit "smelly". You can eat well in the adjoining restaurant. We will definitely be back

Sanitary facilities
Actually quite nice, but woe betide you if you have to use the sanitary facilities
We stayed at the site for 5 nights in the summer. The pitch was great, as was the location of the site. The food in the local restaurant is average. No EC card payment in the restaurant. The sanitary facilities are getting on in years and were worn out.
