There is no registration fee and no monthly or annual fixed fee for ACSI camping.info Booking.

Instead, you pay a 14% commission on bookings generated through the booking system. The commission is based on the booking revenue actually received by the campsite, so cancellations and no-shows do not incur commission. And: If you have a premium listing with us, the commission reduces to 10 %.

Online booking also gives campers the convenience of booking at any time, while giving campsite owners more planning security and a more streamlined booking process.

ACSI and camping.info are two separate platforms with their own audiences, content and features.

For online bookings, however, the two companies work together through ACSI camping.info Booking, a joint venture launched in 2021.

This partnership allows campsite owners to manage their online pitch and rental availability across the participating ACSI and camping.info booking platforms through one booking setup and technical integration. That means: If you ar bookable with us, you are with ACSI as well - vice versa.

Important: This cooperation concerns online bookings only. Your other camping.info features, such as your campsite profile, reviews, visibility products, statistics and advertising options, remain separate from the ACSI platform.

Authentic camper reviews are a important part of your campsite profile. They help future campers understand what other guests experienced and can make it easier for them to book your campsite.

You can actively encourage guests to leave a review using the personalised review link available on your camping.info campsite page. The individual review link is build when you add "/rate" to your campsite url, f.e. https://www.camping.info/en/campsite/dreilander-camping-gugel/rate

Reviews cannot simply be deleted because they are negative. However, you can request the removal or deactivation of a review if you believe it violates our review guidelines or meets the applicable criteria.

The ranking on camping.info follows a few simple rules:

1. Premium Listings come first Campsites with a Premium Listing are always shown before all campsites with a Basic Listing.

2. Bookable campsites have an advantage Within Premium Listings, campsites that are bookable online are ranked higher.

Bookable campsites are also shown first when a camper selects travel dates. This is because we can check if a bookable campsite has availability for the selected dates. For non-bookable campsites, we do not know if pitches or accommodation are still available.

3. The magic number: 25 reviews Having more than 25 guest reviews gives your campsite an important ranking advantage. This is the key number to reach. After 25 reviews, there are no further review-number levels – then the quality of your rating becomes more important.

4. Better ratings improve your position If several campsites are in the same ranking category, the average guest rating counts. The better your rating, the higher your campsite can appear.

5. FANCLUB gives you additional visibility Offering at least 3 FANCLUB benefits can give your campsite an additional ranking advantage.

There is another important benefit: whenever campers activate the FANCLUB filter, only campsites participating in FANCLUB are shown. This gives FANCLUB campsites an additional opportunity to be found by campers.

6. Top Listings are the exception Want to skip the normal ranking rules? With a Top Listing, your campsite is guaranteed to appear within the top 6 positions on the search page for which you booked the Top Listing.

In short: The best mix for a strong ranking and visibility is a Premium Listing + online bookability + at least 3 FANCLUB benefits + more than 25 reviews + a strong guest rating.
