Veel faciliteiten en de camping is gelegen in een prachtige omgeving met veel te doen. Plekjes zijn ruim en er is een leuke sfeer.
Nadeel vonden wij dat er in onze beleving te weinig sanitair gebouwen zijn en er ze mogen een update krijgen. Daarnaast was de zomerkaart... niet geldig en moet je elke stoeltjeslift los betalen. Unfortunately, this year's experience was disappointing. The enormous number of wasps made eating and relaxing outside extremely difficult, the pool was overcrowded, and the restaurant service often made us feel... less valued as hotel guests with half board. Drinks were also very expensive, adding €60–€100 per day to our costs. The food was good, especially during the first few days, and we appreciated being able to use the laundry facilities this year. A large swimming lake with a slackline over the water and plenty of docks that invite you to jump in is located at the end of the campground.
There’s also a great, long ropes course (not very high) by the lake for all ages.
In addition,... there are many activities for the whole family that start right from the campground (guided hikes, guided bike tours, children’s entertainment, visits to the neighboring farm, etc.).

The hikes with “Wanderhans” and Kevin are always fantastic, and the gym, indoor pool, and outdoor area really round out our stay perfectly. The kids are always thrilled, too. The location is perfect thanks to its proximity to Lake Zell, but the resort’s own swimming lake is simply fantastic! - MRMelanie R.avgust 2026Top-rated campground with plenty to doThis was our third time at Woferlgut, and we have nothing but good things to say. The restrooms are spotless—there’s almost always someone around to clean up the mess that some campers unfortunately leave behind. The amenities at the campground are simply great—I think there’s something for everyone.... Whether it’s a workout on the grounds, a hike with Kevin or Hans, or just hitting the gym and enjoying the sauna. I think the price is justified, though I’d like it if, for example, you could book the pool for just half the stay (at the same price) instead of having to pay for the entire stay. Our 11-year-olds still loved the kids’ train, and everyone can decide for themselves whether they’d rather go to the pool or the lake. There’s plenty to discover in the region.
Although we wanted to explore a different area this time, we’re already thinking about coming back here :-)
As always, it was an all-around wonderful vacation with nice neighbors and lots of fun
