Everything is just right here - the friendliness of the staff, the super swimming and sauna area and the great swimming lake with low ropes course are particularly noteworthy. The restaurant is also great. The pitch between the permanent/seasonal campers was beautiful and completely adequate in terms of size. The sanitary building 3 and especially the rental bathrooms are really great and can be recommended. Huge praise also to the cleaning staff, who never... seem to take a break. At least she was always in the house when we were there.
The Badewelt is great, even if it was almost too full at some times. Even without a pool attendant, everything went well.
All the other facilities can also be highly recommended.

My husband and I booked the Schwalbennest double room, one son booked a single room and our three older children and their families booked pitches on the campsite. Our six grandchildren are teenagers... between 13 and 17. There are lots of leisure activities for all age groups from 0 to 100. The wellness area, the games hall, the mini golf course, the swimming pond and the surrounding area make everyone's heart beat faster. The staff are authentically friendly, the cleanliness runs through the entire area, the food is just to our taste, the breakfast buffet and the evening selection is not only sufficient, but meets a very high standard and is lovingly prepared. Nevertheless, there was one thing we were not happy with:
On the third day we noticed that the water in the pools had become very cool, the temperature in the adjacent shower and toilet rooms is comparatively cold - especially with small children.
In the anteroom... to the store it smelled of 'wet dog'.
Perhaps you can do something with the criticism and correct it if necessary.

The Badewelt is a hit for young and old, the water is super warm and pleasant (which is very important for the frostbite mom)! The indoor playground with its huge ball pool was a highlight for our little ones. The ski bus took... us comfortably to the Areitbahn and to Kaprun, so we could also enjoy a beer during apres ski. As Munich residents, we would really appreciate the possibility of a late check-out (if available), then we would certainly come to you for the weekend!
