Otherwise, we were really very satisfied with your great campground—your staff was friendly and always smiling. We had a lovely,... relaxing time, and we’ll definitely be back to visit you more often. The shop is quite expensive—that’s actually the only thing I noticed! I think the shop is run by an outside company, though I’m not sure. Everyone was very friendly, and the restrooms were always very clean. It would be great if there were a hand sanitizer dispenser in the hallway or in the restrooms; it would also be nice if there were a restroom upstairs... near the showers so you wouldn’t always have to go downstairs. It would also be a big help if there were a roll of paper towels 🧻 up by the showers—then everyone could wipe their own hair out of the sink and dry their hands too; that’s actually standard at 5-star campgrounds.
It’s also a shame that there’s only one accessible restroom/shower at the very back of the campground—there really should be one in each of the two restroom facilities. As I said, this is just a suggestion for the campground operator; otherwise, the campground is really great and highly recommended!

Great shower facilities. Very nice indoor pool with a new relaxation area upstairs. We went in mid-September because the campground is significantly cheaper then.
The fee for dogs is excessive, but otherwise everything is PERFECT !!!!!

The restrooms are top-notch. The front desk staff is very, very friendly.
The only thing is, the shop should stay open a little longer in the afternoons.
But there are two places to shop nearby.

Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet und es war wirklich eine tolle Wohnung!
Eine Kleinigkeit die verbessert werden könnte wären Verdunklungsvorhänge o.ä. und Fliegengitter (vor allem an der Balkontür) aber das ist Jammern... auf sehr hohem Niveau.
Schon bei der Anreise wurden wir sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend an der Rezeption begrüßt und konnten feststellen, dass das gesamten Personal so freundlich ist.
Im Resaturant, In der westernstadt, im Steakhouse, die Animateure, das Reinigungspersonal, im Kraftreich , im Schwimmbad, überall!!! Das ist wirklich selten zu finden!!!
Der Platz ist schön angelegt und sauber und es wird dort wirklich nicht langweilig!
Der Badesee ist total toll angelegt, mit vielen Bänken zum verweilen, tolle Spielplätze und ein großes Angebot an Animation!
Wir haben uns wirklich super wohl gefühlt und gleich für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht!

Das Essen im Jagdhof ,das Personal und das gesamte Umfeld ist super.
Den Wildtiersteig haben wir mit unserem Enkelkind absolviert, absolut sehenswert.
Leider hat das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt aber es gibt sehr viele Alternativen.

- 5.0DBDaniela B.září 2026Entspannung purWir hatten wieder eine tolle Zeit auf dem Campingplatz. Der Badesee ist einfach ein wundervoller Ort, um zu entspannen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Das Hallenbad mit seinem Ruhebereich ist gerade bei kühleren Temperaturen oder abends sehr empfehlenswert. Auch die sanitären Einrichtungen waren, wie... immer, sehr sauber und der neu renovierte Bereich unterhalb des Schwimmbades ist ein richtiger Hingucker geworden. Die Lage inmitten des Zillertals ist für Ausflüge ideal und das Personal auf dem Campingplatz ist stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
