Starting with the welcome at the front desk—we were greeted very warmly, everything was explained clearly, and whenever we had questions, they helped us right away, as much as they could.
The apartment was great—beautifully furnished, everything was clean,... and we had everything we needed.
The opportunity to use the swimming pool and the underground parking garage was also great.
After a minor bike accident, we immediately received help from a maintenance staff member at the campground. Many thanks again to this angel...

The region is simply beautiful—stunning mountain scenery, pleasant temperatures at the peaks, and numerous excursion options make the Zillertal a true destination.
We also really liked the resort itself. It’s extremely well-maintained, clean, and offers... countless recreational activities for all ages. Families, in particular, will find plenty to enjoy here. The culinary offerings are diverse and of high quality, and the entire staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful at all times.
We did have a somewhat disappointing start, however, as we had originally booked an apartment with a balcony but were then rebooked into an apartment without a balcony—without a price reduction. That left us with a slightly sour taste at first.
We also see room for improvement regarding smoking on the balconies. Since the windows in our apartment were constantly open due to the summer temperatures, cigarette smoke regularly drifted into the apartment. Especially in a 5-star resort, we believe smoke-free balconies or designated smoking areas would be a good solution.
Since we had a penthouse apartment, air conditioning would also have been desirable. On warm summer nights, it got very hot despite the open windows. Fly screens on the windows would also be helpful, as mosquitoes and flies were quite bothersome.
Overall, however, we had a very nice and relaxing vacation. The beautiful resort, the great amenities, and the warmth of the staff clearly outweighed any minor issues. - Rene K.jún 2026It's worth stopping by and staying a whileI stopped at this top-notch campground on my way back from the south of France for a surprise birthday visit from my boyfriend. The staff at the front desk were super, super friendly and helpful. I got a great spot without a reservation, and the campground’s facilities are absolutely top-notch—especially... after my experiences touring France and Italy—and all for a fair price. Large 2-person site including electricity: 56.00 euros. I wish the whole team continued success and hope they keep up the great work.

We especially appreciate that there’s never a dull moment, even in bad weather, because there are so many varied activities to choose from.
This time, our girls took part... in the swimming lessons. The lessons were exceptionally well-organized and led with great enthusiasm and dedication. Our children had a wonderful time and made great progress and achieved real success by the end.
