We could always keep an eye on our grandchildren in the beautiful playground. The pitch was generously laid out. The sanitary facilities are great - including toilet paper - and were cleaned at least twice a day. Everything... was tiptop clean. The gastronomy is fine and rightly popular with the guests. The bread rolls were fresh every morning.
The owners and every member of staff very friendly and always approachable.
Thank you for a wonderful few days. Unfortunately, our peace and quiet was considerably disturbed by massive bolting... across the site. For over an hour and a half, the owner's family played loudly with several people directly between the pitches - hitting occupied pitches several times. The noise level was high and it was impossible to relax during this time.
When we raised the issue politely the next day, the operator replied brusquely: "Nobody was playing football, a few children were playing soccer. That's part and parcel of a campsite. If you don't like it, you don't have to come back."
In our opinion, this reaction was not only unprofessional, but also not very hospitable.
