From the friendly email correspondence during booking, through check-in, all the way to the pool attendant who went about his work whistling. It was extremely clean, without the cleaning staff ever being noticeable. We felt right at home from the very first... minute and were able to enjoy our stay right away. We’ll definitely recommend this place to others, along with our fondest memories. Thanks to the entire team for all their hard work every day!

Just poor Wi-Fi.Dear Mr.We spent 10 days at your campground with our trailer. We were absolutely thrilled with everything this campground has to offer. The campsites are spacious and well-maintained, with grassy areas and gravel—no problems with puddles even when it rains.
The restroom building, complete with a dishwashing... area, is top-notch. It’s a real pleasure to walk up to this beautiful building.
The restaurant was excellent. The staff—all young—were very, very friendly and welcoming. Special praise for the kitchen. The reception desk was staffed entirely by incredibly friendly people. The location is also excellent—very close to the Zillertalbahn and easily accessible. Despite being close to the road, we could hardly hear any traffic thanks to the noise barrier. The staff at the front desk, in the little store, and even the two gardeners are very friendly. The spacious bathrooms and restrooms are always clean. We also really liked the outdoor pool and the indoor pool. However, we were a bit disappointed that the newly... renovated restaurant didn’t offer a wider selection on the menu than during our last visit. There wasn’t even a pizza available for takeout. As a result, many campers ended up getting their food from places outside the campground.
