The toilets and washrooms were very well maintained. The indoor pool was great. The surrounding area invites you to go hiking or cycling, as we did. We've always had great weather, which is not your fault, but was actually an equally big reason for making a new booking every year. But of course the campsite itself is also great. The sanitary facilities... are absolutely superbly maintained, you can always get a free clean bath and the pool is of course a highlight and in colder seasons you really enjoy the warm temperatures there. Sounds like full marks...
What we didn't like so much, however, was an increase of 25% within a year. Of course we understand that absolutely everything is getting more expensive, but with this jump you take a closer look and it suddenly bothers you that the WLAN is super bad despite full reception (deflection on the mobile) and even the simplest pages take forever to set up and you end up preferring your own mobile network. Or that the fitness studio isn't at least integrated with such an increase. What actually made me a bit angry, however, was when I read that we would be charged 25 euros for arriving too early. There was no question of this for us, but I actually find this almost outrageous and it somehow gives me the feeling of being exploited. If we want to leave earlier, for whatever reason, we have always been accommodated. I didn't condemn the fact that this wasn't the case when we left one day earlier this year at Camping Hell, when they directly dismissed our comment that we had to leave one day earlier with the booking price remaining the same, as I can understand that calculations have to be made here... Of course it would have been nice if they had only given in 15 euros. That's how it makes me feel and I don't like that.

Nestled in a wonderful natural setting, quiet location, well-equipped sanitary facilities, perfect facilities such as sauna area, indoor and outdoor pool, playground, children's area, fitness studio, restaurant... and mini store.
As a starting point for excursions, hikes, skiing (in winter), but also for city tours such as to Innsbruck, Rattenberg or Kufstein, the campsite is well suited.
My wife Angie and I have been coming to Hells for many years and we will continue to do so. It is simply wonderful.

We were very surprised by the original and spacious furnishings of the rooms. Also very clean. I really liked the spacious shower cubicles with washbasins. And there were sooo many of them. We found the drying room to be a personal highlight. The store is also great. - Martin G.octobre 2025My impressionGreat place, very nice attentive staff, uncomplicated handling. Great new building with all wellness comforts, very stylish and tasteful, but also practically furnished. No paradise without a queue; walking the dog is only possible on the main road or you have to walk 1 km into the fields. This can be... tight for "urgent" business. We didn't mind. The fact that you can sometimes hear something from the road is the same at many other places and didn't bother us. The other advantages outweigh the disadvantages.
Thanks again for the customer-oriented hospitality.

Now my partner and I have a caravan of our own and we've traveled to the beautiful Zillertal once again to see the "Almabtrieb". Camping Hell has every convenience, including the restaurant with its delicious... "Hausgemachte cordon bleu", and everything is spotlessly clean and very modern. The reception team is always available for questions, and even arriving a little late due to traffic jams wasn't a problem.
