It is only briefly pointed out when the barriers are closed but not that you can only get back onto the campsite with a card. When we came back from shopping we were allowed to leave the car outside and carry the shopping to the campsite. The planned departure at 7am... was also delayed by more than an hour, as the reception doesn't open until 8am and nobody can be reached before then. The fact that children get sick is unfortunately unforeseeable...I would have liked a proposed solution, a bit of insight...others have had better experiences here...I don't want a "money back" but "parking" is always possible...here the service must learn... to make decisions that would be good for both parties.
But it didn't come to that...on the contrary...you were sent away with a "you've just had bad luck"...
I would have loved to come back and would have been happy to recommend this great place in my community...but the infrastructure alone is not enough...both are needed here.

This meant no quiet breakfast, no quiet evening meal, as there was constant arrival and departure hustle and bustle with shunting and engine noise. Clean, spacious sanitary facilities.MinusuriDue to the unplastered walls/drywall construction of the sanitary facilities, they have the character of a construction container. As they are open at the top, they are very noisy. You don't necessarily have to hear the morning noises of the neighbors. We had a private bathroom, very spacious, even with a bidet, but the construction work including the noise level really bothered us. Unfortunately, the campsite is often booked as a transit station, which makes it relatively quiet.Camping in very beautiful surroundingsA very nice campsite, reminiscent of a well-kept park. The small lake is of course the highlight. Part of it is separated off for swimming. The restaurant is getting on in years, but the food is good and the prices normal. Top service.
There is a great playground for children at the CP. Fitness equipment... for adults.
Sanitary facilities always meticulously clean, with the disadvantages described under Disadvantages.
What is noticeable is the increasing number of dogs. We were also there with a dog. At the same time, dog owners with small dogs have a bad habit of using the free pitches as dog waste bins. Although it is demonstratively removed, it is still disgusting, especially as it cannot be removed completely. The operator should think about an upper limit for dogs.

Starting with a very friendly check-in and a great pitch with a wonderful panoramic view through to the luxurious sanitary facilities. The pitches are equipped with everything (water, waste water, electricity, TV connection). The sanitary facilities... were clean at all times. Generous showers rounded off the whole thing. There is even a small dishwasher for dishes. The mini-market also offers everything you could wish for. Fresh bread rolls every morning without having to order in advance.
The campsite is in a wonderful location. Whether by bike, by bus (bus stop right on site) or by car, everything is easily accessible. And in warm temperatures you can cool off in the Natterer See lake.
