Terrible and absolutely disappointing
No communication, no on-site support, no response to refund requests via email, WhatsApp, or in person. Breakfast is an outrage at €15 per person. No buffet as advertised. You don’t get the Tiny House you booked. You have to be prepared for arguments if you visit this place.

I really tried to resolve... the matter directly and straightforwardly with the camp. It’s unacceptable that, as a customer, you constantly have to chase them down just to get any kind of response. I don’t expect special treatment. I simply expect a response, a transparent handling of my complaint, and a refund for the services that were canceled in a timely manner or that were not provided as offered. I find this treatment of customers absolutely unacceptable and extremely disappointing.
