If you camp along the main road, there's often a lot of dust kicked up by the constant traffic of people arriving and leaving.

The site is in a very idyllic and somewhat secluded location, which is lovely since it’s right on the lake. Since we were right on the main path, there was a lot of foot traffic, and we often got covered in dust. Next time, we’ll look for a quieter spot on the grounds. The restrooms were very clean and... modern. They might want to reconsider the cleaning schedule—does it really make sense to have it done around 9:30 a.m., which is pretty much right in the middle of the morning rush hour? Otherwise, everything was great 👌.

This campground is in a very idyllic location, right on the lake, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy water sports on the lake, the atmosphere is great, the food at the on-site restaurant is fantastic, the prices are fair, the owners are very friendly, the campground is small and easy to navigate—we... were there with two 13-year-old girls, and we all really enjoyed it, You can also go on bike trips, for example to the small but charming towns of Malchow and Waren. This was our second time there because our daughter enjoyed it so much last year. Highly recommended. 👍

The campground is located right on the lake, surrounded by nature. It’s a very quiet, well-maintained, family-friendly campground. Canoe, SUP, and boat rentals are available right on site. Perfect for water excursions and taking time to relax and enjoy the scenery. Great cycling routes and day trip destinations are available.

The restrooms were very clean, but there weren't enough of them and they were very cramped. Please note that internet and cell service are spotty or nonexistent—which I actually enjoyed.
Great spot by the lake
I highly recommend this campground to anyone who enjoys biking, hiking, or spending time on the water. It features a swimming beach with crystal-clear water and a playground right on the campground grounds. There are great places to visit in the surrounding area.

A very nice campground
The campground is located a bit off the beaten path at the edge of the forest on the shore of Lake Jabel. We camped in our van in a pine grove. The sites aren't crammed together there, which made for a very relaxing stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious. Renting bikes on-site went smoothly. We'd love to come back.

Great campground with a weak power supply
The campground is located in the middle of the forest, right on Lake Jabeler. It has a very nice swimming area and a children’s playground. You can rent motorboats that can be operated even without a boating license. The campground is also ideal for anglers. The only drawback for us was the very weak... circuit protection for the power supply at the campsites. Each outlet is protected by a separate circuit breaker. Unfortunately, it would trip even under light loads, which was very annoying.
Cell phone reception (Telekom) is also quite weak, which made using the internet nearly impossible. However, the campground operator isn’t to blame for that. He does offer a free Wi-Fi hotspot in the restaurant area.

Spacious campsite by the lake
The friendly campground staff from the Zwerg family. The booking process, site selection, and check-in were handled professionally. A great resort surrounded by nature—perfect for a getaway
We had a spontaneous, perfect weekend in the countryside and are thrilled.
The camp’s location is simply fantastic—right in the middle of nature and a perfect starting point for biking and hiking. The site is very clean. It’s also convenient that electricity and water are available very close to the... campsite. The restrooms were always clean, and there are both indoor and outdoor showers, which is a great bonus.
The food and drinks were absolutely perfect.
Huge kudos to the staff:
Everyone is very friendly, and you can really tell that they love what they do. Even when there’s a long line, they stay calm and always have a kind word to say. No matter the situation, you always end up having a pleasant conversation.

This place is worth the visit! We’ll definitely be back.

The campground is a comfortable size. A magnificent location in the most beautiful natural setting. A variety of campsites—right on the water, in the woods, in the sun—there’s something for everyone. If you don’t relax here, you only have yourself to blame.
