"Bester Platz in Albanien - Gut geführter und sauberer Platz am Skutarisee. Gutes Restaurant am Platz. Reservierung empfohlen.

"Schöne Campinganlage direkt am Shkodrasee - Sehr schön Campinganlage am See. Alles schön angelegt mit Strom und Wasseranschluss am Platz Top Sanitäranlagen, die permanent gereinigt werden. Am Platz gibt es einen kleinen Laden zum einkaufen und ein Restaurant. Das Essen ist sehr gut, sehr reichlich und preiswert. Das Personal ist sehr nett und spricht zum Teil auch Deutsch. An der Hauptstraße nach der Brücke gibt es weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Lebensmittel) Am Platz kann man früh im Restaurant Brot kaufen (keine weiteren Backwaren). Am Platz waren hauptsächlich Urlauber aus Deutschland, Holland und Österreich. Vom Platz aus kann man auch zu einem guten Weinbauern fahren (Kantina Mani/Mani Winery). Dort kann man einen guten Wein trinken und auch Snacks dazu bekommen. Bei dem Weinbauern gibt es auch einfache Wohnmobilstellplätze als Alternative zu der Campinganlage. Empfehlenswert

"gute Wahl - Toller CP mit sehr sauberen Sanitäranlagen. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut. Auch mit Hund sehr stressfrei. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

"Schön, direkt am See, viel Grün - schöner Platz mit viel Schatten, Strom und Wasser direkt am Platz, eigener See Bereich, Hunde sind - außer im Glamping Bereich - überall willkommen und erlaubt (auch am See) , viele Toiletten und Duschen, gutes Restaurant mit freundlichem Service, das Tor an der Zufahrt verhindert An- und Abreisen rund um die Uhr, kleiner Mini Markt am Platz für das Nötigste. Wir haben spontan um einen Tag verlängert, da es uns und dem Hund so gut gefallen hat. War kein Problem. Alle sehr nett.

"Ausgezeichnet und sehr freundliche Staff - Abseits der aus Shkodra herausführenden SH1 erwartet man nicht ein solch gepflegten Platz mit guter Infrastruktur. Das Lokal bietet morgendliche Brötchen und ist aufgrund seiner Qualität in den Abendstunden gut von den Campingplatzgästen frequentiert. Neben Bikern, 4WDler sammeln sich eine Vielzahl von Wohnmobilisten. Einzelne Familien und Gäste mit Hund sind ebenfalls willkommen. Mit dem Mountainbike kann man bedingt etwas graveltouren Richtung Berge. Ansonsten ist man unter 10 km in shkodra zu einer Sightseeingtour . Die Strecke verdoppelt sich, wenn man die alte Brücke besichtigen möchte und möglichst der SH1 fernbleiben möchte. Die Altstadt ist überraschend schön renoviert mit einer Vielzahl von Gastronomen. Lohnt! Sicher Erde ich das Campsite auf meiner Rücktour nochmals aufsuchen.

We are a 20 minute drive from Montenegro (24km) on the new SH1 road. Situated only 7km from Shkoder city centre, and on-route to the popular destinations of Vermosh and Thethi in the Albanian Alps. Our grounds are 2.5 hectares (over 6 acres) in size and include a private beach with direct access into the lake. Our beach front restaurant and bar specialises in grilled meats & seafood, traditional Albanian cuisine, pizzas and home grown organic vegetables. Excursions available to Thethi, Valbona, Vermosh, Kruja, Lake Koman and Shkoder. Free; Wi-Fi, sun beds & umbrellas, children's play area, table tennis, volley ball and badminton. On-site shop. GPS Co-ordinates N 42 08.302 E 19 27.938 From Montenegro (24km) - Enter Albania at Hani i Hotit, head towards the newly finished E762/SH1 south, pass by Koplik, head towards Omare/Omaraj and Grile (the direction of Shkoder). Before reaching Grile …and the railway bridge, at the turning for Omare/Omaraj (on the left), turn right onto a small single track road and travel 0.9km towards the lake. Lake Shkodra Resort is sign posted from the main road. Head towards the lake and you will reach the resort. Approximately 25 minute drive from Montenegro. From Shkoder - head out of Shkoder onto the E762/SH1 towards Hani i Hotit (& Theth), drive through the village of Grile, over the railway line bridge. We are 7km from Shkoder city centre. When you drive off the bridge, after 200 meters turn left at the crossroad (not right for Omare/Omaraj). We are sign posted from the E762/SH1.
