Paula S.agosto 2025Great quiet campsiteThe campsite is very well maintained and quiet.
It has a great beach area with a small playground, toilets and showers.
We were a bit skeptical at first because of the reviews of the sanitary facilities. Yes, it's not the latest design, but it's very well maintained, clean and fully functional.
The surrounding... area is also particularly beautiful with a nice little town and a really mega outdoor and indoor pool with a natural pool and sandy beach.

The price-performance ratio is not right. The sanitary facilities are outdated but clean. When the site is fully booked, they are likely to reach their capacity limits. Immer wieder wurden wir von Flora und Fauna überrascht vom Storch bis zum Wildschwein (Gehege) alles dabei. Viele Obstbäume laden zum naschen ein und wenn das Wetter passt kann auch geschwommen werden. Die Gastronomie in Eschwege war immer gut und günstig. Besonderer Tipp: Thailänder in der "alten Schule". Rund um toller Spot auch bei durchwachsenem Wetter!
