Everything is very well organized, everything is very clean and all the staff are very friendly. Everything is taken care of on the site. The bus connections are great. Unfortunately, we only had some bad weather, but the pool is just right for that. I think... it's great that all the facilities are included. When the weather is nice, or at least dry, you can certainly go cycling or take a long walk. All in all, we think the place is very good. If you just want to enjoy some peace and quiet or relax, this is the place for you.
Incidentally, the "Zur Leibspeis" inn is also highly recommended.

The salt water pool is much too cold at 28 degrees in winter, even the swimmer's pool in the thermal baths is 29 degrees. The quality of the place decreases from year to year, 5 stars are no longer that. The ladies at reception and the fango ladies were very friendly. We were there for a week and from Saturday to Wednesday the salt sauna was cold, and on Wednesday the Finnish sauna broke down. That can happen. What wasn't nice was that some guests constantly reserved the loungers with towels, bags or bathrobes. The thermal water became increasingly cloudy from day to day and it started to stink, the salt sauna was cold. In the physiotherapy hardly any water came out... of the shower head after the Natufango.
