The campsite is clean with very good sanitary facilities. Quiet location with a small store and a good restaurant. Hiking and cycling trails are close to the site. Only about 1km from the large thermal spa in Bad Griesbach. The highlight of the campsite is the spa area, which can also be used for medically prescribed spa treatments.

I would like to give you some personal feedback on my stay. Please do not take my comments as pure criticism, but rather as honest feedback with the wish that you may be able to gain suggestions for the future.
The campsite is described as particularly relaxing. In my perception,... however, this was difficult to experience - mainly due to the large number of dogs, which for me significantly impaired the peace and quiet. I also found the immediate surroundings, which are dominated by corn, grain and other fields, less relaxing than expected.
Another point concerns the shopping facilities. Especially for older guests, some of whom are staying with you as rehab patients, I don't think the local supply is sufficient.
I am also critical of the sanitary facilities. You can tell that the washrooms and showers were certainly modern a few years ago, but many things are now in need of renovation: chipped paint in the showers, worn fittings, inadequate lighting at the washbasins, very poor ventilation and the rather small capacity of the swimming pools. Unfortunately, none of this quite lives up to the high standards with which the campsite is advertised.
However, I would like to highlight the treatments and especially the team in the physiotherapy department in a very positive light. I have had exceptionally good experiences here - the commitment and professionalism are really above average and for me the biggest plus point of your place.
Under the current circumstances, however, I can hardly imagine having another outpatient spa treatment with you. However, I very much hope that my feedback will help you to further improve the quality of your spa in the future.

Great: Good pitch with a building stock The thermal bath, sun loungers and swammbasdin.
Automatic sliding doors and flushing toilets by foot is pleasant and ingenious.
We didn't like the path on the pitch so much. Difficult to walk barefoot or by bike.

- Melanie F.август 2025Great place!We had a very relaxing 10 days at the Holmernhof. The sanitary facilities are clean and the flushing in the toilets is brilliant! The spa is great and offers everything your heart desires. It's just one size smaller. But right on the square and as often as you want.
The ladies at reception and in the kiosk are very nice and helpful. There are lots of excursion options, including organized trips with a bus company.

We really liked the thermal vitality oasis and the therapy and wellness center. There were also possible offers for therapy purposes. The treatments were carried out by very knowledgeable therapists.... Good and sufficient kiosk offer and the restaurant "Zur Leibspeis" with a varied and good range of dishes. Very friendly staff, no matter where you were. Good value for money.
