The salt water pool is much too cold at 28 degrees in winter, even the swimmer's pool in the thermal baths is 29 degrees. The quality of the place decreases from year to year, 5 stars are no longer that. The ladies at reception and the fango ladies were very friendly. What wasn't nice was that some guests constantly reserved the loungers with towels, bags or bathrobes. The thermal water became increasingly cloudy from day to day and it started to stink, the salt sauna was cold. In the physiotherapy hardly any water came out... of the shower head after the Natufango. The next shock came when paying, the prices have risen extremely, whether the price-performance ratio still fits here 🤔🤔
