- 2.0SKSina K.kolovoz 2026Dobre straneA beautifully landscaped, well-maintained space close to the waterNegativne straneUnprofessional, unfriendly staffUnfortunately, a real disappointment while passing throughSince we arrived during the midday break and weren’t allowed onto the grounds yet, we were advised to have lunch at the restaurant. We sat down there; there were two other occupied tables besides ours. It took the waitress about 15 minutes just to bring the drinks, and she had to go back to each table... again because half of the drinks weren’t available. After that, she took food orders from everyone and came back another 10 minutes later to tell us that, on Wednesdays, dinner wasn’t available until 5:00 p.m. (it was 2:45 p.m.). Still hungry, we went back to the front desk and were told to choose one of the two spots right at the front, since we were only staying one night. So far, so good. I didn’t realize until later that there were trees with poisonous cherry grapes growing there. We had a 1-year-old with us who still puts everything in his mouth, and since there’s a lot of traffic right at the entrance to the campground, I found that very inconvenient with a toddler. Up to that point, I wasn’t entirely happy with the circumstances, but everything was still okay. Since we hadn’t received any instructions about the campground at all, I went back to the front desk after setting up our spot and asked the young man with black hair if there was a map of the campground. He said, “Sure. “What are you looking for?” To which I replied, “Everything,” since we hadn’t received any orientation. He asked again, “But what exactly are you looking for?” Then I politely asked for the map—because, to be honest, I didn’t feel like having to drag every detail out of him—and he replied: “For one night or what?” At that moment, I did get a little annoyed and told him that for €50 a night, you’d think you could at least expect a map, especially since we didn’t get any verbal instructions…
In the end, it would’ve been enough for me if he’d just shown me on the map, but I’ve honestly never encountered such a rude attitude before. It’s a shame, really, because the site itself is in a relatively nice location and the grounds are very well maintained. Currently, one of the restroom buildings isn’t available because it’s being renovated; the other one looks nice but was built or renovated using rather poor-quality materials.

The manager, however, who assigned us our site, was very friendly. Our site was right next to the playground, which was perfect for our three children. In my opinion, the lighting on the campground could be improved.... It was difficult to walk from our campsite to the restroom buildings in the dark. I also didn’t think the lighting—which lacked motion sensors—in the dishwashing area was ideal. We were constantly standing in the dark. A washing machine and dryer are available, but at €5 per load, they’re very expensive. On the plus side, though, they can be booked and paid for via cell phone. The campground has a great location but has a lot more potential.

Together with the groundskeeper, we were able to choose a campsite that suited our preferences. The restroom facilities were great, as were the playground and the entire campground. The bread roll... service was super convenient, and the central yet absolutely quiet location was simply a winner. We’d love to come back anytime! So we were more than surprised by the quality of this campground. Overall, this applies to the intimate, well-organized grounds surrounded by lush, green trees (the sun was shining the whole time) and well-tended flower beds,... the cleanliness and the well-equipped, separate washrooms in the restroom area, the inviting bistro with food to die for, and the consistently friendly, open-minded, and helpful staff. Note: We stayed here for 2 days via mydays in a wooden “cucumber barrel” (lying horizontally 🤣).
