During the day, some noise is to be expected—kids don’t generally make noise! But getting hit by soccer balls in the trailer after midnight is unacceptable. The loud shouting and roughhousing—even right through our belongings—after 10 p.m. wasn’t pleasant. I felt there was a lack of supervision!Camping for a Canoeing WeekendAdvantage: The large RV field; the four of us were able to park together nicely.
Disadvantage: I’m really happy when kids are having fun. During the day, kids should be able to run around and play boisterously—when and where else, right? Kids don’t make noise per se; they make the sounds of life—that’s... my belief—
but being woken up by soccer balls bouncing off the caravan after midnight is unacceptable. The loud shouting and roughhousing—even right through our belongings and between the chairs we were sitting on—after 10 p.m. wasn’t pleasant.

We spent a few days here enjoying complete relaxation. The campsites are spacious and set in a lovely green setting. There’s an outdoor pool and a climbing park right next door. As for the campground itself, the restrooms were always spotlessly clean. We can relax wonderfully on the site, swimming is inexpensive and relaxed right next door, cycling is wonderful here, as are walks - even with a dog. The sanitary facilities are not up to date but they are clean. There are... plenty of places to eat and drink within easy reach, as well as shops. It was full, but you didn't notice it in any negative way. Everything... was quiet and harmonious. Even in the evening and at night.
Everyone was relaxed and there were lots of little "chats".

Bread roll service available (even on Whit Monday), the location is great, great area. Shopping facilities, refueling just around the corner. Swimming pool (heated) and restaurants within walking distance. We didn't have to be quiet on the lawn and could drive in and out without a barrier. We were all (12 people) thrilled and will definitely be back.

It was quite cold but with an extra reservation for a place for our party tent it worked out well to be together with heating.
We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the Asian Restaurant Mongolei in Ganderkesee, which was recommended to us by the staff at the reception.

However, as Aldi and Edeka are in the immediate vicinity, it's bearable (rating could not be sent without mentioning disadvantages :-) )Again and againWe have been coming here regularly for several years, usually for a longer weekend, but also for longer stays. The staff are always friendly and a solution is always found for small problems. Our children have fun at the playground, the outdoor pool and the mini golf course - for older children and teenagers,... the climbing forest is also a great recommendation. Being able to choose between food from the snack bar or some dishes from the campsite restaurant (grill plates, minced steak etc.) in the outdoor pool in good weather has been unique for us so far 🙂 Wonderful bike tours in the surrounding area are possible and there is a bus stop right in front of the campsite if you want to go into town or something.
