"CAMPSITE CLOSED!!! - This CP has been closed since fall 2022! The over 80 year old Mdm. Godfroy is (according to her own statement) retired!

"Manoir de L'Abbaye - Camping on an old estate - A CP for people looking for peace and relaxation, so more for adults. Not a "party zone" (which is what the owner wants). You are within the walls of an old 17th century estate. Meadows and fruit trees, no parcelling out. Very suitable as a starting point for excursions to Bayeux, Caen and the landing beaches. The sanitary facilities are simple but clean and there is always (!) sufficient hot water (up to 60°C). We felt very comfortable here and it was certainly not the last time we stayed at Mdm. Godfroy!
