"Wrong name and disappointing space - When we first arrived at Grannas Camping, we were told that it wasn't Valdermarksvik Camping and that we had to go down to the harbor. Eventually we realized that we were in the right place and were directed to an area with 20 pitches on a slope. It was a long way to sanitary facilities and drinking water.

Stay halfway between Astrid Lindgren's World and Kolmården Zoo! A small, well-equipped four-star campsite with cottages and apartments for hire, fully-licensed restaurant right by the water, playground and child-friendly place for bathing with sandy beach and grassy area, tennis courts, …beach volleyball, frisbee area, boats and canoes for hire etc. The cottages, as with the campsite and the restaurant, have a fantastic view over Valdemarsviken, a fjord-like long bay. Our service block has industrial dishwashers which can do your washing-up in 3 minutes, included in the camping charge! Newly renovated toilets and showers. For the 2006 season we have provided the beach area with a new service block, and there are more taps. We can offer you timber cottages for 4-6 people, apartments with direct access to the jetty, or simple cabins. The large open-air recreation area, set in delightful surroundings for country walks, is linked to the centre of Valdemarsvik by a beautiful seafront, which is floodlit at night. A one kilometre walk will take you to shops, restaurants, the state-owned shop selling alcoholic beverages, bank etc.
