"Magnificent bay - Well located site in itself, on a beautiful sandy bay. Spacious dog beach. However, the street noise is very loud! Difficult to sleep. During the day there is construction noise on the site from 8 am. The price-performance ratio is not right at all! No peace and quiet!

"Staging area on the E4, also suitable for a few days - Very friendly and competent reception, good and clean sanitary facilities, but no power socket. Only Schuko sockets on the pitch, no CEE. Beautiful beach, town easily accessible by car. A visit to the island off the coast is recommended.

"More than just an E4 stopover - We stayed here for 2 nights with our 2 children (3 and 1) and felt very comfortable. The pitches are typically Swedish and huge (lawn, parceled out, terraced). You have a good view of the water from all the pitches. The playground is quite manageable, the peninsula is great for exploring and running around. Lots of beach, small stream. Directly north is a huge aluminum plant with 4 chimneys and the highway E4 and the train line (freight and passenger traffic) are very loud. You MUST have a car on site. No hiking etc.

"All right for passing through - Very friendly reception. Beautifully located site right on the Baltic Sea, but unfortunately also very close to the highway. Depending on the wind direction it can be noisy. Sanitary facilities are okay, nothing great but okay.

"Great view, marred by the E4 and an aluminum plant - The site is located approx. 5 km from the center of Sundsvall. On the way there you pass the aluminum plant. The view of the bay, an island and the sea from the site is very beautiful and equally good from all terraces. The paths are paved, the pitches are grass. Partly flat, partly sloping. Most pitches have CEE electricity. The only sanitary building cannot be rated better than 2 stars - due to its condition and cleanliness. The pitches are also not clean in some places. There are serious defects in the toilet disposal station - no water pressure to rinse the sink, installation is loose (no longer fixed to the wall). You can hear the E4 depending on the wind direction. Nevertheless, all in all a place to pass through but also 1-2 days to visit the area. You can swim at the site's own beach, there are barbecue facilities and also a bus connection to the city.

"Great place - The second overnight stay on our tour to the North Cape. Due to the proximity to the city, we were able to stock up on important travel essentials in the evening. Late at night, Swedish campers congratulated us on Germany's 7:1 win over Brazil. :) It was wonderful here and I always like to think back to my stay.

First Camp Sundsvall is also a perfect location for those who like horse racing thanks to its proximity to Sweden’s fourth biggest trotting track, Bergsåker. There are many activities to choose from both at First Camp Sundsvall-Höga Kusten itself and in the local area. Take a dip in the sea, try golf at Öjestrands GK or go see the horse racing.
