"Mass tourism - The sanitary building at the back is old and the condition accordingly. As it is in the same wing as the toilets, the smell is correspondingly unappetizing. Due to the size of the site, the distances to the sauna or to get bread rolls, for example, are very long, actually too far for our taste. The beaches by the lake, on the other hand, are great and the pitches are well maintained and large, with level lawns and paved paths. Due to the size, everything is anonymous and, in our opinion, too loud in the evenings. We were used to other places in Sweden being different.

"huge campsite in a great lakeside location, dogs welcome - Beautifully situated campsite right on the lakeshore. Really huge by Swedish standards. We stayed at the back, where it was very quiet. There is also a place on the lakeshore at the back where dogs are allowed on the beach and in the water. The staff were very friendly. The sanitary facilities were clean and there were plenty of them. There are a lot of attractions for children, but we didn't use any of them, the pitch was on grass. On the beach, along the shore, there are nice pitches for tents

"Large square and close to the village of Orsa - Midsommar the pitch is fully booked. The rest go to the meadow. The proximity to the town is pleasant, although there is nothing going on there either. You can visit the opera square "Walhall" by car, but check the opening times at the reception beforehand.

"Mass tourism - Very large site, friendly, English-speaking staff and (due to the mass of guests) very impersonal. There are unparceled pitches at the back of the site, the sanitary facilities there were always clean and adequate. From there you also have a great view of the playground and lake. If you want to swim properly, you have to walk very, very far into the lake. For me, it was too impersonal and too crowded overall, but apart from the size, there's really nothing to complain about.

The campsite also has adventure golf, an ice cream bar, restaurants, and kids’ activities. Choose between pitches in the shade of the pines, in sunny spots right by the beach, or a motorhome pitch with easy access.
