"Wunderschöner kleiner Campingplatz am See - Wir (zwei Erwachsene, ein 6-jähriges Kind) haben die Zeit SEHR genossen! Der Blick auf den See, die Möglichkeit, abends ein Lagerfeuer zu machen, die sehr freundlichen Betreiber, der tolle Minigolfplatz, der Bootsverleih, das leckere Gebäck und die friedliche Atmosphäre haben dazu beigetragen, dass der Urlaub ein voller Erfolg war. Auch abseits des Platzes lässt sich einiges erleben: Besuche diverser Glasbläsereien, Ausflüge in Elchparks, tolle Fahrradtouren durch die Wälder etc. Die angrenzende Straße ist zwar hörbar, aber nicht sonderlich störend. Die Sanitäranlagen sind sauber und funktional, wenn auch bereits etwas älter. Die Benutzung ist für Camper kostenlos (keine zusätzlichen Duschchips o.ä. nötig). Wer mag, kann am Vortag Brötchen zum Frühstück bestellen oder tagsüber leckeres Süßgebäck kaufen. Der Bootsverleih bietet Kanus, Ruderboote und SUPs stunden- oder tageweise zu vernünftigen Preisen an. Die Parzellen sind großzügig geschnitten, so dass wir mit Wohnwagen und großem Vorzelt noch reichlich Platz hatten, Tisch und Stühle außerhalb des Vorzelts aufzustellen und mit Seeblick zu frühstücken. Vielen Dank an Romy und Chris, dass wir auf eurem tollen Campingplatz sein durften!

"Toller CP in sehr schöner Lage am See - Als stopover auf einer Tour nach Nord-Schweden entdeckt und spontan verlängert, was für die Qualitäten dieses sehr schön gelegenen CP spricht. Der CP hat eine überschaubare Größe und erinnert in manchen Bereichen an Natur-CPs in viel weiter nördlich gelegenen Landesteilen. Angenehme Atmosphäre, man fühlt sich auch als Solo-Camper sofort wohl. Wiederholung daher nicht ausgeschlossen - absolute Empfehlung.

"Danke! - Uns hat der Campingplatz sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Toller Blick von den vorderen Plätzen, eine schöne, ruhige Atmosphäre, viel Natur und ein freundliches, hilfsbereites Besitzerpaar. Danke!!!

"Pensionär - Har varit där varje år under 10 år. Man känner sig alltid lika välkommen behöver man hjälp så ställer camping ägarn alltid upp. Perfekt plats för avkoppling och alltid lika lugnt och fridfullt

"Die Seele baumeln lassen und entspannen. - An diesem Wunderbaren Ort habe ich endgültig mein Herz an Schweden verloren. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und unkompliziert von dem Betreiber-Ehepaar Romy + Chris aufgenommen. Den direkten Zugang zum See Orranäsasjön haben wir zum Baden gehen sehr geschätzt. Im Glasreich (Glasriket) gibt es viel zu entdecken. Lasst euch von Chris + Romy entsprechend Tipps geben. Im Eingangsbereich gibt es umfangreiches Informationsmaterial in mehreren Sprachen.

"Gemütlichen CP mit netten Inhabern. - Der CP wird von einem Deutschen Paar liebevoll geführt. Der Cp liegt an einem großen See und Verfügung natürlich über ein Badeplatz mit Steg.Auf dem Cp selber ist eine sehr gute Minigolfanlage. In der Umgebung kann man viel und gut Wandern,Fahrrad fahren,Angeln oder mit dem Kanu den See erkunden. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen ist mit im Ort. Die nächste größere Stadt ist Nybro, hier bekommt man alles was man braucht. Zu Empfehlen sind auch die Belgischen Waffeln auf dem Cp. Alles in allem kann ich den Cp nur empfehlen.

Profile

While visiting the south part of Sweden with its numerous lakes and never-ending woods, you should allow some time for a trip to the Kingdom of Crystal, where glass design has a more than hundred years old tradition. In addition …to the glassworks of Orrefors, Kosta, Maleras, Boda, etc there are multitudinous individual glass artists, who provide an insight into this craftwork. We would like to recommend our campground as a basis for the exploration of all these places of interest. We are Romy and Chris and we have taken over Orrefors- Camping in the summer of 2006. It is our best effort to offer our guest a stay close to nature without the abdication of the familiar conveniences. Orrefors- Camping is a peninsula in the lake Orranäsasjön. It has an area of aproximately 6 hectare, which is about 3 km north-west of Orreforts and therefore in the centre of the Glasriket. The campground provides fifty campsites with power, which are in parts located directly at the lake, as well as two large meadows with aproximately thirty campsites and one campground for our autarkic guests. The entire campground is covered over with old tree population, which spend enough shadow during the hot summers. As an answer of the multiple requests of our guests we arranged a couple of fireplaces, so that you can end the day sitting in a group and socializing next to a campfire. For visitors without mobile accomodation we have our “Stugas”, each with 2-4 beds, as cheap alternatives to hostels or hotels. Nearby, there are heated shower- and bathrooms as well as a scullery with ovens and microwaves for free use. As a matter of course we offer facilities to wash and dry. Guests with campmobiles can use our disposal and mainenance unit at no charge. The possibilities for leisure time activities at our campground are very multifaceted. For water-loving guests we have a large swimming area inculding a lawn for sunbathing and a swimming platform. Also exciting is an canoe expedition on the lake (aproximatly 130 hectare) and the joining waterways, for example to Orrefors. If you are not luckily enough to see an elk on one of those expedition, you still have the chance to visit the Älgpark Grönåsen, where you will see an elk for sure. Do not miss bringing your angling equipment. Is there anything better than preparing a self-caught fish at the campfire at night? If the weather god was contrary to expectations in a bad mood, you still have the alternative to visit our campground restaurant. To burn the excessive calories you ingested there, you could use one of the following offers: miniature golf, volleyball, boule, long bike and walking tours. Do you have a pet? No problem, it is more than welcome together with it’s owners. Finally, we would like to mention, that the campground is handicaped accessible.
