"Strange place - We had booked a vacation home on the site, which turned out to be a terraced bungalow. The site advertised free WiFi throughout the site, but this was not the case. They also offered a bread roll service, which works like this: you place your order the day before, the site then forwards it to the baker and you can pick up your bread rolls from the baker the next day. I've never experienced such nonsense. A restaurant on the square at the edge of the cycle path was closed and the bathing area (beach) is a strip of reeds about five meters wide. If near-natural means that there is junk lying around in some corners of the site in the form of old building materials and the like, that is a bold definition. What was positive was that it was very quiet on the site. We will definitely be back on vacation on Rügen and the Mönchgut, but not on this site again.

"17 days in the paradise "Mönchgut" on Rügen - This was our third time in Alt-Reddevitz with Günther and Timo. Our reservation request was fulfilled. And once again we were able to enjoy the beautiful Mönchgut. We really feel at home on the site and we enjoyed the fantastic location of our pitch with a view of the Zicker mountains every day - despite the wind that blew around our noses from time to time. We will be back. Despite the 730 km journey.

"quiet, close to nature, spacious - Natural site in the middle of the beautiful Mönchsgut. Perfect for cycling, approx. 15 minutes by bike from the sea. Pitches are very spacious. In the nearby village there are bread rolls (can/must be ordered in advance) and several restaurants.

Sie erreichen Rügen über die Autobahnen A19, A20 oder A24 bis zum Autobahnkreuz Rostock. Sie fahren weiter auf der A20 bis Stralsund. Von dort geht es 2-spurig zur Rügenbrücke. Auf der Insel Rügen folgen Sie der B196 in Richtung Göhren/Thiessow. …Sie fahren stets in Richtung Göhren, doch an der Abfahrt nach Göhren (Linkskurve) nehmen Sie die zweite Möglichkeit nach Middelhagen/Thiessow, also gerade aus. Unmittelbar am Ortseingangsschild Middelhagen fahren Sie nach rechts ab, nach ca. 1000 Metern erreichen Sie das Dorf Mariendorf. An der ersten Kreuzung dort fahren Sie rechts ab und somit genau auf den Campingplatz zu.
