"completely undervalued - We really enjoyed our stay here—this is actually our second time here. The town of Lutherstadt Wittenberg alone is worth a visit. The campground has everything you need, and of course, the location right behind the dike across from Lutherstadt Wittenberg is unbeatable. I think this campground really deserves a better rating on the Camping Info app, but that actually has its advantages—maybe fewer people come here, so you can continue to enjoy the spaciousness of this place. Thanks also to the front desk staff, who check in with campers once a day to see if everything is OK.

"Unfortunately, it's way overpriced—what a shame! - It could be so nice here, but unfortunately the campground is being neglected. The price-to-value ratio suggests that the campground is only being run as a formality. In my opinion, 27.50 euros for one person with a small tent and a bicycle is extortionate.

"Great place - unfortunately with restrictions - I hope the owner reads this. Sometimes less money is more. Such a great place should be managed with love. The hotel also looks very neglected. What a pity .

"Do not go there! - We arrived at 6.20 pm in front of a closed iron gate, reception manned until 6 pm. We called the telephone number on the gate and heard an extremely annoyed female voice. We hadn't made a reservation and politely asked if we could stay. What followed was something we had never experienced in 50 years of camping. The iron gate was opened. An old woman was completely out of line and then told us the price per night was well over €50 for a camper van with a car trailer and 2 people, without a dog. Of course, we then left again. We would never ever give this a more positive rating. Apart from that, it should be considered whether the closed iron gate, which cannot be opened from the inside by a camper who may be in distress, is even permitted by the police. One point I am wondering about is whether this should not be reported in a suitable place. What happens if an emergency occurs at night during the closure? But that's just an aside. Dear camper friends, avoid this pitch. That is our clear recommendation.

"Mrs. Bente - Great potential, but it seems like the owners don't want you to come back. No service, locked up like in a 'prison' or an 'asylum' No possibility to buy drinks or any food/snacks. The gate is locked, so you can't get in or out by car when you want.

In one hour with the car Berlin, Potsdam, Leipzig and the Spreewald can be attained. You would like to send fast a Mail home, or examine your electronic mail box, no problem. A seminar or a family celebration with campers and in vacation homes? Area for approx.. 20 - 30 persons persons are available.
