"Natural, Swedish place with not so clean sanitary facilities - This was our second stop on our first vacation in Sweden. The location is great! Everything is within easy reach and the nature is very Swedish for southern Sweden. The children loved the swimming area right next to the campsite. Unfortunately, we got a different pitch than the one reserved when we booked. We even spent around 20 for the guaranteed pitch. When asked about this, we were told that it was only one place further....fss principle is still superfluous. Fortunately, we had a very flat pitch, but there were also very uneven pitches where you have to jack up a lot. The playgrounds were no longer really interesting for our older children (9 and 12 years old). The sanitary facilities were ok at first glance, but unfortunately they were only cleaned once during our 4-day stay! And that in the high season, with few wash houses and few toilets and showers! On the other days only the garbage was taken out - at least! We would come again, but without children. Because they are too big for such quiet camping.

"Great Swedish place - If you're looking for a campsite with Swedish flair in southern Sweden, you'll find it here. The site is very nice, but unfortunately some pitches are very sloping. You can get a bit of a fright. The wash houses had no waiting times, despite the site being fully booked. You can hire canoes, boats or go on nice tours across the lake on a stand-up paddleboard. There are beautiful paths in the surrounding area, and Karlahamn is a lovely little town nearby. The lake is ideal for swimming, and the jetty and raft leave nothing to be desired.

"Mr. - large grounds clean toilets We were on site for 3 nights with the motorhome varied area. for children (0-10) great place, swimming beach directly at the place, large playground, great hiking trails ... was fun

"Beautifully situated campsite with swimming in the lake - The campsite is beautifully situated above a lake with opportunities for swimming and paddling. The surrounding area is partly park-like and follows the profile of the terrain. Therefore, it is not easy to set up our caravan on level ground. We were rewarded with peace and quiet, beautiful views and the opportunity to swim in the lake. Really fantastic. We will definitely be back!

"Fantastic location and friendly operator - Getting a seat on "good luck". The owner takes his time and is extremely friendly to his guests with a pleasant personal manner. He tries to find a solution for all requests. The site itself: very hilly - wedges are compulsory on the site - but situated on a beautiful lake. This serves as a drinking water reservoir for the neighboring municipality, which means that boats can be used on it - but not with petrol engines. The site is quite large and the pitches are sufficiently spacious. During our stay, the site was fully occupied. Apart from a few permanent campers, the site is mainly frequented by tourist campers. In my opinion, the wash house is undersized and quickly reaches its capacity limit. However, it was always in good condition and the operators attached great importance to cleanliness - even if the facilities seem a little older. The nearest supermarket can be reached quickly by bike and Karlshamn is worth a trip by bike on cycle paths. Apart from that, the campsite doesn't have any entertainment, which I found absolutely pleasant. Highly recommended.
