The last place you would expect to find a campsite. Should be your option only in the utmost distress. Some of the photos seem to be from somewhere else.

Advantages
Clean sanitation
Negatives
A busy road and railroad tracks right next to the campground
Camping
Terrible location viaduct right over the campground is a slight exaggeration. The train was running right next to the field at night making it impossible to sleep.

Advantages
The town of Decin
Negatives
Poorly signposted
Unfortunately only one night
A campsite that offers everything a camper needs. Clean sanitary facilities, water supply and disposal as well as chemical toilet disposal, playground, barbecue areas, small store, bistro with breakfast service, something for the small appetite and cozy get-togethers in the evening with regional beer... and other drinks. The site operator also organizes and offers various leisure activities such as boat and bike hire, climbing tours on the local rock face and more. Decin also offers plenty for walkers to marvel at. There is also an outdoor swimming pool in the immediate vicinity of the campsite. And always remember, camper van drivers say hello to each other.

Advantages
Central location for all kinds of leisure activities. Good value.
Negatives
Noisy. Pitches totally uneven. Sanitary not very clean.
In the middle of the city, close to the center
If I want to relax and find peace and quiet, then I shouldn't move to the middle of a city. But if I want to do some sightseeing, go hiking, cycling and climbing, or go out for a nice meal, then this is the place for me. The road makes noise, as does the railroad. But that's the city. The place is cheap,... the kiosk is okay, the people in charge are very friendly. Free WLan works well. There is a security service at night. The only thing is the sanitary facilities: they are in containers, which is fine. But on the three days we were here, nobody picked up a cleaning rag. That's how it looked. Conclusion nevertheless: recommendable.

Advantages
Good for cycling tourists as it is close to the city
Negatives
Larm!
Space in the middle of the city
A square in the middle of the city. Lots of noise from the hobvedevej that runs through the site on one side and the train track on the other. Toilet and shower facilities are perfectly fine.

Advantages
Close to the center, transportation, stores and pubs. Friendly staff, clean, safe.
Negatives
Noise, noise and noise. Plus hard ground.
A nice campsite with downsides
Camping located unusually, because.... under a road bridge! This causes constant noise throughout the day, although at night it doesn't bother so much when there is less traffic. There is also a railroad overpass nearby, where trains also make a lot of noise. An additional disadvantage is the very hard... ground (after 5 cm some stones start to form) and driving a herring without a hammer is practically impossible. Other than that, the pros alone: friendly staff, clean and new sanitary facilities, a tent with draught beer, close to train stations, the castle and the center. A few hundred meters from the campsite there is a restaurant, a buffet and a playground for children. The price for 2 people + tent + car was less than 60 zloty.

Advantages
Close to the center.
Negatives
Very noisy due to the highway.
Okay for a short weekend
The place is okay for a short weekend. However, you should only use the breakfast service if you are alone on the pitch. If there are more than two families, the staff are completely overwhelmed with breakfast. It is also a pity that the snack menu is not offered in German, so unfortunately you don't know what is available. The plastic cups for the "good" beer are also not advantageous. As I said, okay for a short weekend.

Advantages
Fair, honest, generous, clean and cheap.
Negatives
The location- under a busy interchange (but that didn't stop us from having a good night sleep)
What a wonderful place...
We came to this place almost bz accident- we had no intentions to stay in Decin on our way to Prague but it was getting late so we jumped in to see what were the prices and the conditions in the place. We were amazed- not only that the prices were really fair, less than 11,5 EURO for 2 people with a... tent, the price also included free kitchen, free showers, clean toilets, free fast WIFI , free computer to work and most importent-a cool guy at the reception that did everything he could to help us. (and even spoke good English!). We came to this place after a night at a campsite in Bad Schandau (just across to border with Germany) and the two places were worlds apart. If you happen to get to Decin and need a cool, honest, fair and clean place to pitch a tent- go to Kemp Decin and you won't regret.

Advantages
Clean showers, unlimited hot water, friendly staff
Negatives
Unsightly location (under the motorway)
Satisfaction
The campsite is well equipped, perfectly clean, hot showers with unlimited time (included in the price). Service always friendly. With good access to shopping, sightseeing, sports activities. There are boxes to lock bikes or valuables. But the location is horrible, the campsite is right under the motorway, it's noisy.

Advantages
well-kept and clean environment, comfortable price (200,-CZK per person/night in a rented tent), safe storage of bicycles
Negatives
Noise at night from a nearby off-grade crossing and railway
Satisfaction
We spent only 3 days in the campsite and we were satisfied. The campsite is in the middle of the town, but you have the impression that there is no town around.Right next to it there is a bike path through the Elbe valley, about 0.5 km to the swimming pool, train station + BUS, Lidl, Tesco, restaurants,... castle. The camp is small, but it is neat, clean, the rented tent is spacious and decently equipped (double bed, bedding, lamp, sockets, table + chair, shelf). There is also a kitchen and laundry room with dryer, a stand with draft beer and small snacks - it is possible to buy at the reception, which also serves as information, it is possible to use a PC.The service is pleasant and helpful.

Advantages
The bicycle garages. The cleanliness of the sanitary facilities. Free W-Lan
Negatives
The volume of trains and cars.
Highly recommended
We were very satisfied, traveling on the Elbe cycle path with a tent, everything was cleaned several times a day. Even bicycle garages with electricity (!!!) included without charge. The owner speaks fluent German and English. The place is of course noisy because of the traffic, we slept with earplugs. But that's just the way it is, centrally located. We would come back at any time. W-Lan

Advantages
clean, nice service and atmosfere, they serve even brekfasts, aqua park very close (5 min), locers for bicycles, even internet
Negatives
It is placed under cross roads junction viaduct, which makes noice from cars.
Good but laying under the viaduct!
Good camping, clean, nice service and atmosfere, they serve even brekfasts, aqua park very close (5 min), locers for bicycles, even internet! There is one disadvantage which makes it not so good for long stay. It is placed under cross roads junction viaduct, which makes noice from cars. I recommend to take ear plugs for comfortable sleaping.

Advantages
Central location in Decin, guarded and fenced 24 hours a day. Great place for cycling tourists. Garage rental for bicycles
Negatives
There were no disadvantages for us.
Very nice new place
Completely new pitch in a direct location on the Elbe. Unfortunately below the New Bridge, but you only notice the traffic if you stand directly under the bridge (but these are good places if it rains, you stay dry. Otherwise a very clean and quiet place. Shopping facilities within walking distance,... ice rink, swimming pool, bus/train station, restaurant. Own playground, guarded around the clock and completely fenced in. Fire baskets for campfires, fresh water, kitchen, tumble dryer and washing machine, shower and toilet containers very clean and still completely new. Guests without tents can even rent furnished tents or stay in the large communal tent. Drinks can be ordered in advance. We stayed there for 3 nights and wanted for nothing. We will visit the site again and again as we have relatives living in Decin and can therefore park our mobile guest room there centrally and under surveillance. A great idea.
