"Whitsun vacation - We really liked the campsite. We were able to relax in the tipi village away from the stress of everyday life. The team is very accommodating and extremely friendly. Requests, such as borrowing a barbecue tray for the evening campfire by the tent, were answered quickly. We also really liked the selection of regional organic products in the farm store and at the breakfast buffet. We would definitely recommend it to others!

Profile

Unser Rhön Indianer-Hotel besteht aus 16 Tipi-Zelten und ca. 10-15 Stellplätze. Sie sind in einem herrlichen Tal auf einem großen Wiesengelände, das von 2 Bächen umsäumt wird und auch einen kleinen Badeteich beherbergt- etwa zwei Gehminuten vom Bio-Hof-Gensler entfernt. Jede …Familie/Gruppe hat ein eigenes Tipi ! Hier ist & isst man gerne – auch bei schlechtem Wetter. Wir haben die Tipi- Zelte schon für unsere Gäste gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Tipis haben einen befestigten Untergrund, der mit duftenden Holzhackschnitzeln bedeckt ist, in der Mitte befindet sich bei manchen Tipis eine Feuerstelle. Um die Zelte herum befinden sich ebenfalls Feuerstellen, über die auch eine Grillpfanne oder ein Grillrost eingehängt werden kann, beides erhaltet Ihr natürlich von uns, bei Vorbestellung (!) auch das Grillgut. Gegrillt wird natürlich NICHT mit Kohle, sondern mit Holz, welches Ihr Euch an den beiden Holzplätzen mittels bereitgestellter Bollerwagen holt. Das Holz/ Reisig ist ausschließlich für die Feuerstellen im Außenbereich geeignet, da auch Funken fliegen können! In den Tipis macht bitte nur in Absprache Feuer, da hierfür auch besonderes Holz nötig ist. Als Sitz- und Schlafgelegenheiten haben wir rundherum urige Holzliegen aufgebaut, die sich jeder nach seinem Gefallen mit dick gepolsterten Kaffeesäcken herrichten kann. Was jeder für einen Aufenthalt in so einem Tipi noch an persönlicher Ausrüstung mitbringen sollte, haben wir in unserer Packliste übersichtlich aufgeschrieben. Für größere Gruppen besteht die Möglichkeit zusätzlich zu den Wohntipis auch ein Gemeinschafts-Tipi anzumieten. Als Sanitäranlagen stehen den Gästen Dusche & WC-Anlagen im Haupthaus am Bio-Hof-Gensler zur Verfügung; diese sind kostenfrei & 24 Std. nutzbar, bei Voranmeldung können wir auch eine barrierefreie Dusche / WCs zur Verfügung stellen. Zusätzlich haben wir direkt im Tipi Dorf eine Toilette mit Waschbecken und eine Wasserzapfstelle mit Wasserkocher eingerichtet. Selbstversorger, die sich mit mitgebrachten Produkten verpflegen können unsere Spülküche gegen eine geringe Pauschale mieten. Auch eine Kühlmöglichkeit für Verderbliches ist vorhanden und kann nach Absprache genutzt werden. Hier befindet sich auch der Spiele-Parcours für die sogenannte „Indianerolympiade“, ein Spiel für Kindergeburtstage, Klassenfahrten Junggesellinnen/ Junggesellen- Abschiede oder auch Firmenausflüge.
