"A really great campsite, beautifully situated and great staff/owners - Great location. From there we drove 270 km to Stockholm. The campsite is well maintained. The sanitary facilities were always clean and are cleaned regularly. The lake is close by. Just like a boat rental and a restaurant. Bread rolls are ordered in advance in the evening and then you have a bag of bread rolls to pick up in the morning from 08:00. There is no bread roll service on Sundays, so we picked up baked rolls from Lidl in Trans. The staff are super friendly. The owners are very nice and speak English, Swedish, Dutch and German. The pitches are very spacious, so it's easy to park a caravan, awning and car. We will definitely be back. We really enjoyed our stay there. Although the site is by the lake and in the forest, we didn't have a single mosquito. Unfortunately, the dog beach is not great. But we got on well with our water barn dog as he doesn't go in the water

"Simply good - What peace and quiet. The pitches are large and the campsite is very bright. The sanitary facilities are very clean. The staff are absolutely service-oriented and helpful. Directly adjacent to the campsite is a beautiful sandy beach on the lake, with a separate area for children. There is also a restaurant right by the lake with great food at reasonable prices. We met people on the campsite who appreciated the peace and quiet. The small town with all the shops, restaurants and cafes is only 3 km away. We stayed for 5 days and will be happy to go there again. If you want to swim, go on bike tours or just enjoy the peace and quiet, this is the place for you.

"Quiet place, well suited for families - Hätte is a medium-sized pitch next to the Tranås lido. We were very satisfied through and through. Cleanliness, location, sanitary facilities, activities for children on the pitch and at the lido: everything was perfect! Gibberyds Gård, better known under the movie name Katthult, is only 70km away and should definitely be visited! Tranås itself is a good place for shopping. Conclusion: From our point of view, unreservedly recommendable!

"Cleaning - Fantastically clean in toilets and other hygiene areas in these corona times. Really impressed by the owner who cleans 5 times a day. That it was also pleasant, quiet and a nice environment made us have a good week in one of the cottages.

"Most beautiful Cp on my trip to Nordkapp - Very good location directly on the lake and near Tranas, very friendly welcome in German, bread service, large pitches, good restaurant on the lake, 2 sanitary buildings one very good the other satisfactory but both very clean

"Family with dog and tent - perfect! - Very beautiful area, newly created and lovingly maintained. There is a great bathing bay down by the lake (also for non-swimmers), and the restaurant and boat rental next door round off the offer. There is everything your heart desires!

Hätte Camping is a medium large campsite which is located in Tranås.You will find our campsite in about 1 hour driving from Jönköping, near the beautiful Sommen lake.This lake is known as one of the most beautiful lakes of Sweden. …It is said that it has as many isles as the amount of days in a year and the deepest point is as deep as the number of weeks in the year! Next to the campsite you’ll find a beach, sunbathing area, a playground, a separate swimming part for the youngest and a diving tower for the daredevils! It is also great to go out fishing or take a boat trip! Sweden is sparsely populated so it is a perfect country to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature.On our website you’ll find much information about points of interest, hiking and bicycle trips and much more.
