Der Campingplatz, der eher an eine schön angelegte Parklandschaft erinnert, bietet großzügige Stellflächen. Das Family-Camp-Kellerwiehl verfügt über 2 … kleine Teiche, in denen geangelt werden darf und in den Morgen- und Abendstunden eine Biberfamilie beobachtet werden kann. Kinder können sich auf dem Spielplatz austoben, sich sportlich auf dem Fußballplatz oder an der Tischtennisplatte beschäftigen. In der Gaststätte mit überdachter Seeterrasse kann von 8°° Uhr - 21°° Uhr auf ein umfangreiches Speisenangebot zurückgegriffen werden. Wer die Altmark besucht sollte unbedingt Räder dabei haben, denn die schönen Radwege laden zu kleinen und größeren Touren regelrecht ein.
