"Hands off - Nothing is intact here. Playground is unusable, wash houses are unusable, paths are filthy and full of potholes, there are piles of garbage everywhere, there is no lighting, check-in was difficult - departure impossible. Office is unmanned and operator cannot be contacted. Highway parking lot is 100x nicer.

"Disastrous condition - not recommended - First impression, garbage dump, second impression overfilled garbage cans, no organization, unstructured, overwhelmed, renovation backlog everywhere. Reception chaotic, cramped, not tidy, windows dirty. Dog waste bag station available, bins overfilled and smelly. The lawn should be mowed and garbage lying around cleared away. Playground is dangerous for children, dilapidated and dirty. Play equipment is defective, damaged and protruding nails and splinters are dangerous. Construction site not cordoned off, machines and dangerous equipment are freely accessible to children. The travelers do not behave appropriately, do not adhere to rest periods - noise - They litter the site. Wagons and carpets are cleaned with high-pressure cleaners on the site on Sundays. It stinks. Sanitary blocks are available. Cleaning only takes place during the week, defective toilets are locked at the weekend. The condition: in need of renovation. Toilet paper is too hard and cannot be flushed away. Pipe blockages are imminent. The paths - potholes everywhere. Electricity is flat rate, we tourists get 6A, the campers with washing machines and tumble dryers 16A !??? The machines are operated on the pitches, although there is no connection for them. Waste water with detergent residues flows into the meadow with a side stream! Washing machines in bathhouses are permanently occupied by the campers, dryers are dirty. The groundsman ignores information about the problems. No assertiveness available.

"Great address, but unfortunately not worth the trip - We really rarely have bad luck with a place. We found the address Am Froschloch 1 fun enough to spend a weekend here. The site is so beautifully situated that it makes you wonder why you don't make more of it. Fortunately, the tourist pitches are separated from the permanent pitches. The obligatory walk to the permanent pitches was a bit like disaster tourism, lots of garbage and very unkempt pitches wherever you look. Even a great tree population doesn't help. We have nothing against older sanitary blocks, but if they are not cleaned at the weekend and waterless urinals are not maintained, it is very difficult to feel comfortable. The site was far too expensive for that! What a shame ...

"Nice location, nice people, otherwise unfortunately a lot of things are getting old - As far as we have heard, there has probably been a new owner for a few years who wanted to redo some things. The restaurant was probably renovated as far as we can remember (the last time we were here was 6 years ago). The rest looks like it used to, but unfortunately it's getting on in years. Really very spacious site with lots of room and, above all, empty pitches these days. Despite the negative points, we are still considering coming here. But the partly slum-like impression of some of the pitches and residents is rather off-putting. But maybe that will change. We'll just come back a few more times and see how we feel. But there are also some very nice permanent campsites where we got some inspiration. The restaurant was beautifully designed and tastes good too. Prices are simply borderline for what is on offer. There are much better places for that.
