"A good time - Large pitch, small store with bread, rolls and some survival supplies. Clean sanitary blocks, small bathing pond, friendly staff, unfortunately the high-pressure cleaner was used extensively during our stay.

"8 days caravan stay - The campsite is ideally located for cycling tours to the surrounding spa towns. The MTB routes in the hills of the Teutoburg Forest are also interesting. Even if the online registration didn't work, we received a friendly response to our telephone inquiries and the booking confirmation arrived immediately by email. We were then able to choose another pitch on site. Sufficiently large pitches on the tourist area, on the lawns the awning can be easily fixed with screw pegs. Easy access, as all the paths are paved, an advantage even in rainy weather. The pitch was clean, electricity, water and gray water drainage were available and worked. Sanitary not high-end, but everything worked and was cleaned daily. The cassette drain would need an update. Big plus: 1 all-inclusive price for pitch, people and electricity incl. shower + tourist tax

"Weekend trip - We were there for a weekend and had a relaxing time on the Womoplatz, which is located in front of the campsite. The site offers clean sanitary facilities, electricity on all pitches, a supply and disposal station, bread roll service and breakfast is also available in the small bakery store. The pitches are gravelled and grassed. You can get to the town quickly by bike (approx. 2 km), which has lots of restaurants, shops and also the thermal baths, salt pans etc. Small drawback: Some dog owners simply don't have their dogs under control (!) Otherwise there's nothing to complain about. We would be happy to stay again.

"Perfect for WoMo - A very pleasant site that can be accessed 24 hours a day. The sanitary facilities are very clean. The pitches are on gravel surrounded by grass. The power towers are close enough without long cable laying. The site is extremely quiet and has been a stopover for us several times.

"Groundsman does not keep to agreements - We stayed at the campsite from 27.7. to 1.8.21. The cleanliness of the pitch left a lot to be desired. We first had to dispose of numerous cigarette butts. That was very disgusting. Then the groundsman came and told us that we should keep our caravan 1.5 meters from the edge of the pitch. However, these special features should have been communicated when we checked in, especially as it was already completely aligned. My wife drew the groundsman's attention to our "cleaning up" and he promised us a surprise. Two days before departure, the groundsman ran into us and we reminded him again of his promise. He reiterated his promise to return the favor for the inconvenience. We are still waiting for it today. During the course of our stay, we noticed that the site rules were not enforced as vehemently on most of the pitches. Like boundary distance, tent carpeting etc.. Was this a demonstration of power by the groundsman? Also, at public events, no attention was paid to the observance of the night's rest from 10 pm. For example, on 31.7.21 from 16:00-23:10 there was a continuous sound system in Ballermann style with between 80 and 90 db measured at a distance of approx. 65 meters from the sound source Otherwise, the sanitary facilities were clean and there was plenty of play equipment for children. Personally, I think the ban on entering and leaving during lunchtime and at night is antiquated.
