"Campsites far away from the sanitary building - the tent pitches are 400 m away from the sanitary building and there is no toilet paper because someone allegedly went on a rampage and removed it. The coin-operated machine at the sink is only accessible for tall people and the site is located on a busy main road. I also don't understand why such good reviews were given here.

"Great for transit, welcoming and clean! - Super hospitable reception by hostess Host was grilling and we were so allowed to connect. homemade delicious salads of hostess and sausages and snitzels of host. With 2 adults and 2 children (4 and 9) total 21 euros for food and drink Overnight stay with caravan and electricity 22.50 Worth double. Clean showers and nice and hot, 80 cents per 5 minutes. We spent a night here on transit to Norway, close to the exit so ideal. I would love to come back!

"Well-kept CP - Nice well-kept CP with clean sanitary facilities. Pitches are fine. The operator is very friendly. Shopping facilities in Oer Erkenschwick and Marl.

" - We stayed at the campsite at Whitsun and really enjoyed our three-day stay. Beautifully maintained campsite with clean and large sanitary facilities, nicely situated on the edge of the Haard. Shopping facilities in Marl and Oer Erkenschwick within cycling distance. The operator was very friendly and flexible, just the way we like it. The touring campers are mainly on an unparceled meadow, which is unfortunately a bit sloping at the edge. However, we were able to comfortably form a small "wagon castle" with 5 Tourings, so that this was unproblematic. Bread rolls are always available except on Sundays, but lunch is served on Sundays. The "Alm" offers drinks at a fair price and the people on site were all very friendly. We would love to come back here.
