"Klein aber fein - Der Platz an sich ist sehr schön und ordentlich. Man hat seine Ruhe und das plätschern vom Bach ist entspannend.

"Knapp gepflegter Platz, alte Anlage, feuchtes Klima - Für eine Nacht, auf der Durchfahrt akzeptabel. Ruhig und nette Platzführung. Sanitäranlagen recht alt. Umgebung ungepflegt wirkend (nicht gewischt, vertrocknete Bepflanzung, Hundekot am Spazierweg). Nur Barzahlung möglich, was etwas aus der gefallen ist.

"sehr nette Betreiber - Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Weihnachtszeit und einen sehr engagierten und freundlichen Campingplatz-Betreiber. Das Bistro ist liebevoll geschmückt und eingerichtet gewesen und der Ofen hat uns aufgewärmt. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Göttingen oder Hann. Münden.

"Eine schöne Woche, auch mit Corona-Regeln - Der Platz wird sehr familiär von einem holländischen Ehepaar geführt. Will ist immer mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle, wenn Hilfe gebraucht wird. Es ist alles da, was man unbedingt für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 6 km Entfernung (Dransfeld). Morgens gab es immer frische Brötchen auf Bestellung. Die Stellplätze sind relativ groß, teilweise durch Hecken abgetrennt. Es gibt Plätze mit und ohne Schatten. Wir waren mit einem Wohnmobil da, und bekamen jetzt (in der Vorsaison) einen Platz auf dem Hauptplatz (neben dem Servicehaus). In der Hauptsaison stehen die WoMos etwas weiter weg.

"Kinderfreundlicher Campingplatz - Kleiner, einfacher CP. Für Familien mit Kindern bestens geeignet. Den Kindern steht ein großer "Fuhrpark" an verschiedenen Fahrzeugen kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Man kann da auch Essen. Sehr lecker sind die platzeigenen Burger. Nicht weit bis Göttingen, selbst mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar.

Welcome on the website of Campingplatz Am Niemetal. Since January 2019 we are the proud new owners of this beautiful located campsite where Rest, Peace and Hopitality are naturally. With its 80 places, of which only 20 year-places this is …the ideal family campsite. The campsite is surrounded by woods and mountains and is divided into different fields with enough privacy. We also have 3 comfort-places which have their own water and drain. Campingplatz Am Niemetal is located in the beautiful nature of the valley around the river Nieme. From the campsite you can take a walk in what is known as the Weserbergland, the region where fairy tales as Snow White, Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella find their origin. The idyllic river landscape lends itself to walking and cycling. For the real nature lover, there is a lot to see. You can see beautiful birds in the air and in the trees, you can hear a woodpecker or you might catch a glimpse of a deer or boar. In the river you will find trout, swimming up the stream. Even for people who don’t have their own caravan or tent, we offer camping opportunities in the form of simple cabins. In the "back to basic" log cabin you will find a place to sleep for four persons, a table with chairs and more. On the cabin-page you will find more information. In the Gaststätte you are welcome for a cup of coffee, a cold beer or a good meal. Campingplatz Am Niemetal is a great campsite for a short vacation, but also during an extended holiday you will not be bored one minute!
